Tales From the Convention: Deven Christian Mack

Now we're back to the first Convention video of the new year , and this one is without a doubt the oddest and most out of freaking nowhere meeting I've ever had. From last years Fan Expo my generous nature was rewarded by meeting a Canadian voice actor from a lot of great shows, from going fast on Netflix to being a hero and villain of Lego.

Thanks so much for being a true and selfless homie, K! It was a joy to meet and talk with you. I hope all the kindness and positivity you put into the world continues to find its way back to you!
While I don't see myself as a celebrity, I have actually enjoyed a very long and successful career and even guested for Lego's booth at SD Comic-Con last year! The baking is just a fun thing I learned in a high school class.
There might have been a miscommunication somewhere as I'd been to many cons before. That Fan Expo was my first time in an autograph line, though. When I'm not guesting, I'm normally just at cons to meet colleagues. I wanted to meet Dee to tell him how much his work as Viewtiful Joe influenced my Sonic voice, but the handler mentioned I needed to buy something before I could actually speak to him.
Many thanks again for making that a possibility! The world would be a far better place with more people like you in it. I'll for sure let you know if I find myself guesting at a local con again anytime soon. It would be great to see you again!
