- Thanks to the Brawl hacking community, I can now extract DSPs, brstms, and more from my Gamecube collection. This is a piece from one of my favorite Gamecube games - Super Monkey Ball 2.
I will upload the Minigame BGMs when I can. Hopefully later this week.
I find it almost impossible to listen to this song without hearing in my mind Aiai screaming "WHAAAAAAA!!" ("Fall out!")

Long Torus in a nutshell.
This game was made ahead of its time.
I feel like this track was the first to make you feel like the environment and levels were almost alive and trying to unnerve you but motivate you at the same time. I can remember a phase shift in my mentality at this point of like “alright then let’s do this”
Especially since it's the last world so it's like.... Alright, no more messing and playing around.. it's time to go.. bananas. 😎

The absolute atmosphere this song has. It honestly feels like you're in constant danger, cold air fills the room and scared of the giant unknown technology that surrounds you. Combined with the ominous lighting and whirring

I will never forget the stage "Invisible". That has to be one of the most interesting stages I have ever done.
I feel like I'm in some aquatic place listening to this -- and actually I was on the top floor of a condo, in an indoor swimming pool thinking of this music when I was just looking down out the window at the ocean waves.
Unfortunately it was November so it was too cold to swim out there. November of 09.

Lin-Kun Sorry. Not likely. Amusement Vision quit working for Sega quite a while ago. It just hasn't been the same without them, although the one for the PSVita is a giant leap in the right direction for the series.

Spent so many hours in this game growing up. The art, design, music, and style have had a bigger impact on me than any triple A release these days ever will. This isn't just a game for me, it's a feeling. Anytime i listen to the OST i instantly am 10 again. They tried to remake this game on the switch and all it did was make me want to play the original. Worse animations, Worse graphics, and most importantly.. WORSE gameplay. This game came from a time when people CARED, when companies spent time and effort to make something complete, something with personality. The controls were TIGHT on this game. dialed in perfectly.
I tried emulating this game but there's just nothing quite like the real thing. I dusted off my old gamecube Just to be able to use that controller. I love the notches on the analog stick and how it felt in my hands. There will never be another console like the gamecube.

Screw domes, dizzy system, invisible, Nintendo, amida lot, helix, long torus, spasmodic, intermittent, variable width, sliced cheese, sychronized, and planets. Those stages are complete hell( ESPECIALLY HELIX , DIZZY SYSTEM, AND NINTENDO) these stages are the ture hell of this game

Domes gave me quite the nightmare, but I couldn't help but find it adorable for how simple it looked whilst doing so. Amida Lot can go to hell though. That shit was not cute.
Didn't find Sliced Cheese or Planets too bad though.
Cylinders was also very tough.

I beat the whole game about 5 years ago. and now that I no longer have a gamecube.. or the game. im so sad. :( I loved monkey race boat flight baseball. even playing with siblings on expert levels.

Even though it was pretty easy (although I guess it's a given with it being one of the extra stages in beginner), I can't help but associate this song with Fluctuation the most.

I loved this game. My brother and I would always play it and we finally beat it like 2 years after we bought it.

I used Wiiscrubber to extract the music, used the
vgstream plugin to play the songs on winamp, and used the disk writer plugin to convert it to a wav.
I ALMOST got world record on domes! i have video proof. Not world record but im a second off. Though it was made years ago with bad quality.

Ok i now this may sound silly but when i first heard this as a kid in 2002 when i got the game back then it reminded me of being the fun house arcade at new roc city in new rochelle here in N.Y and im in my early 20s now it still does to this day.

World 10, Master, and Master Extra all show that these Developers aren't Playing around anymore. They're here to bring you the Hardest Levels in the Game. And that could be said for every "Last World" Stage!

I would like to see a SMB3 with the art style of SMB1 and 2, because from SMB Banana Blitz, the games got very easy and the art style got very dumb.
JoyFerret99 SMB Adventure was pretty good and was like SMB3 to me. But I'd like them to go back to their roots. :)

The Chances of a third monkey ball game is so unlikely. I don't know why but developers just hate third titles in a series. No Sonic Adventure 3, this game and off course Half-Life 3

Why I didn't think to use the "View Stage" option to beat Invisible twelve years ago, I'll never know... That's what I did, when I played this game a few weeks ago, and it made my life so much easier. I also played Labyrinth again, and I can't seem to get how to do it, like I did before.

Most fitting Smash stage: Shadow Moses Island (Brawl) Reason: This song was especially difficult. The stage needed a cold color background (Blue, Green, or Purple). There could not be a lot of activity going on. This stage, until the Metal Gears show up, felt like it was made for minimalistic techno like this.

I've seen that Amusement Vision no longer exists and with that I wonder: the AV Logo level would come back in Bananamania? 🤔
Or the URL level too in world 3 would come back?
The AV logo is now in the shape of two bananas and URL level has AiAi monkey patterns in the black boxes instead.
@@Daniel328DT Funnily enough, in Banana Mania, the banana shapes in the final level still resembles a A and V which I find very clever in acknowledging Amusement Vision subtly. 😊

When you have to look up guides on two different levels, Labyrinth and Invisible to just get finish this story mode, you know you got a bullshit world on your hands, god i am so glad none of these final 10 levels made into Expert or Master (correct me if im wrong, still haven't got there even with generous 99 lives)
