I actually just made a flicker strike toon a few days ago using UberDans build. While it took me a few minutes to decide, I finally decided to name my character EpilepticSpaz. Having a seizure disorder finally came in handy in my life.

John Kim I think if you actually live with this condition, the presence of the word "flicker" in the title is enough to make you run in the opposite direction.
If you're like me and can't play FS because it's brain cancer, try Trypanon FS build - you attack way slower and don't flicker as fast but you hit SUPER HARD so you don't need to.
GGG ! put your playercamera on flickerstrike on a rubberband-function (the further away, the higher the camera acceleration). its still visually a pain.
I'm running a build similar but using Varunastra as weapon which counts as all one handed weapons so I can grab both claw and dagger nodes right in the shadow's area and the big sword wheel down in ranger, I also went ghost dance and escape artist for defense, would want to switch those out if I can get good enough gear to make up the difference though since the damage boost would be nice.
i would love to see flicker strike having a smoothed out camera. its really cool, but i have to vomit if i play it for 10 minutes. maybe there is a circle around the center of the screen where we could move without changing the cam position... make it optional, noone will cry :3
You can get vagan craft for chance to bleed on your claw and get a more valuable link I'd say that's how i always run my pure cold champ flicker, though no degen is definitely interesting

I absolutely love this game. The only complaint I have is it's a little easy. I've made it to act 4 with my friend and he says it's kind of boring cause it's so easy to kill everything. Please give us a challenge in these beginning acts and throughout the game. By an extra.. 500%.. Especially while in a team..

I always avoided it for that reason in 5 years. I played it this league before this build of the week. It used to be very bad apparently, but I never felt dizzy or nauseated from it played to 85 with it.
I personally had no problem with it when actually playing but my hand eye coordination is pretty good and i can keep up with the movement of it without feeling dizzy or sick. Was able to play for hours perfectly fine.
You can just try it of course. It's one of the most exciting builds in the game. Go for a Oro's Sacrifice variant for a 1 alch budget alternative for trying it out.^^

So i think its likely one of those things where when you actually do it yourself, its not too bad at all. Flicker strike is an effective skill but it's in a serious need of a quality of life overhaul. No need to make it stronger but make it not be so clunky and eye-rapey to play.
Flicker strike looks glorious when the camera isn't bouncing around like your PC is possessed.

Flicker strike is the only thing that's ever given me a piercing headache whilst using a pc
Right? I feel like for this specific skill, they should add an option to have the camera stabilize a bit while performing FS.
They already did, the old flicker strike was much worse
I just close my eyes and piano my flasks until i stop hearing the sounds of dying enemies then i take a peek to see where i'm at (Softcore obviously)
PkedSome it personally doesn't bother me but I certainly get how it could hurt your eyes. Easier to play than to watch as well.

What a great build idea, but that EHP seems very low for a CI build.

tried this combo a few weeks ago but 6k ES with expensive gear couldn't cut it for anything worth a damn.
