    I was bitten by a tick in 2016. It was on my head so I didn't find it until it got huge. I had all the signs and symptoms but was not diagnosed until 2018. Couldn't walk, I had multiple horrible symptoms, you all know the way it goes, you're exhausted like you said, and way too many other symptoms to list here. And people don't understand vecause sometimes ypu look fine so they think it's all in your head.
    I ended up with swollen knees (3rd stage) and the antibiotics did not work at all, it was way too progressed. So I started on a quest to find SOME kind of relief from this nasty thing that was ruining my life. Here is what I found that has worked for me. I still have symptoms occasionally, but am doing so so much better and able to function now. I can't tell you this will work for everyone, but it's helping me. I'm not an expert or health professional, but this is what helped me and maybe it will help someone here. Just remember, you may experience some sickness at first because when the meds start to work, there is die off of the disease. I'm sure most people here already know that.
    1) Heat kills Lyme so if you can afford it, get an infrared personal sauna. You can get one on Amazon for anywhere from $120-$500. I bought the $120 one, it works fine. Go in the sauna at least once a day for 30 minutes at 140° If you can't afford a sauna, just take hot baths with Epsom salts, as hot as you can stand it.
    Drink room temp water with half a lemon squeezed in it in the morning. Lemon juice will break up the biofilm on the outside of the spirochetes so the following medicine will work.
    Garlic- chop up a clove of garlic, wait 10-15 minutes, then put honey on it so it goes down smoother and drink tea or hot coffee to help it go down. Allicin is released after it sits for a bit, that's why you wait the 10-15 mins before taking.
    Oreganol-I use North american spice wild oil of oregano p73 softgels. Take one-two per day
    GSE (grapefruit seed extract.) Always dilute this in water or juice. A couple drops 3 times per week.
    Coconut oil- make sure it's cold pressed virgin coconut oil. I take 1 teaspoon of coconut oil per day.
    Ester C twice a day
    Go in the sauna before you take these things, because the sauna will help your body detox from all sorts of things including these herbs so take them after you get out of the sauna. Make sure you rinse off with room temp or cool water afterwards.
    Turmeric- I use Youtheory brand and take it a couple times per day for inflammation.
    Cbd oil also helps the pain.
    Diet is huge, stay away from sweets and bread, the spirochetes thrive on that stuff, it feeds the illness. Lots of leafy greens, cabbage, broccoli, lots of fresh food. Try to not be stressed, try to relax when you can, listen to soft music, whatever helps you to relax.
    I hope this helps someone, it truly helped me. And thank you so much for sharing your story.

    ”In you, Lord, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to shame; deliver me in your righteousness. Turn your ear to me, come quickly to my rescue; be my rock of refuge, a strong fortress to save me. Since you are my rock and my fortress, for the sake of your name lead and guide me. Keep me free from the trap that is set for me, for you are my refuge. Into your hands I commit my spirit; deliver me, Lord, my faithful God. I hate those who cling to worthless idols; as for me, I trust in the Lord. I will be glad and rejoice in your love, for you saw my affliction and knew the anguish of my soul. You have not given me into the hands of the enemy but have set my feet in a spacious place. Be merciful to me, Lord, for I am in distress; my eyes grow weak with sorrow, my soul and body with grief. My life is consumed by anguish and my years by groaning; my strength fails because of my affliction, and my bones grow weak. Because of all my enemies, I am the utter contempt of my neighbors and an object of dread to my closest friends- those who see me on the street flee from me. I am forgotten as though I were dead; I have become like broken pottery. For I hear many whispering, “Terror on every side!” They conspire against me and plot to take my life. But I trust in you, Lord; I say, “You are my God.” My times are in your hands; deliver me from the hands of my enemies, from those who pursue me. Let your face shine on your servant; save me in your unfailing love. Let me not be put to shame, Lord, for I have cried out to you; but let the wicked be put to shame and be silent in the realm of the dead. Let their lying lips be silenced, for with pride and contempt they speak arrogantly against the righteous. How abundant are the good things that you have stored up for those who fear you, that you bestow in the sight of all, on those who take refuge in you. In the shelter of your presence you hide them from all human intrigues; you keep them safe in your dwelling from accusing tongues. Praise be to the Lord, for he showed me the wonders of his love when I was in a city under siege. In my alarm I said, “I am cut off from your sight!” Yet you heard my cry for mercy when I called to you for help. Love the Lord, all his faithful people! The Lord preserves those who are true to him, but the proud he pays back in full. Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord.“ Psalms‬ ‭31‬:‭1‬-‭24‬ ‭

      Keep searching for alternative doctors and alternative cures, trust me they are out there! Most regular M.D.’s don’t have the knowledge to deal with all that you described’ Mever give up hope I was in a wheelchair and diagnosed with M.S. then Transverse Myelitis, even went to the Mayo Clinic! None of the medical doctor’s and specialists I’ve seen gave me any hope of recovering my health! Gradually following the advice of alternative doctors and using common sense eating, mostly whole fresh fruits and vegetables, stopped all soda and drink teas and lots of water! I take a handful of supplements because the standard American diet is a maker of disease and kills eventually! I regained my ability to walk, ride my bike, etc… within a couple year’s and continued teaching 6th grade. Be your own researcher/doctor and seek out a Functional medicine doc or a Naturalpathic doctor. Lots of sunshine, fresh air, walking in the woods or getting out in nature, walking barefoot in the grass called grounding connects you to Earths energy, meditation/prayer, de-stressing your life, leave bad relationships they will kill you over time, Etc….. Love Yourself and NEVEE give up hope of a full recovery. P.s. I’ve listened to Louise Haye audiobooks Heal Your Body and Heal Your Life for the past 18 year’s every night as I drift off to sleep. Good luck on your journey to recovery and God bless You!❤️🙏

    Almost 2 years from tick bite & Borrelia neuroinfection. Brain, bladder, back, arm issues to point I thought I would die, for 1st few months,, but worst & scariest for the longest was femoral constant severe pain & lower legs feeling so weak. Spent most of time in bed for 18 months because I couldn't stand/walk for long. Had to go on Gabapentin because I couldn't sleep from the pain. Initially 10 day Doxy, followed by 21 days Amoxicillin, & finally 27 days of repeat Doxy 2 months ago. I think the brain can heal itself & the nerves will follow in time. Definitely think nerve vitamins/supplements helped along with red light therapy. Off Gabapentin now but still have bladder/leg twitches/spasms & have to limit what I can do because legs get weak/achy/pins & needles sensation. Stress management, sleep, diet, and time heals neuroborrelia just as much as antibiotics. Love the cocoon/butterfly connection to this trauma! Scariest experience I have faced in 6 decades on this planet. Well said & gives us all hope who have the bad luck to wrestle with Borrelia. Keep the faith & never, never, never give up!!

    Omgoodness I need that. I’ve been doing nothing besides healing, focusing on healing and re-building my life for 4 years. I’d gotten to a good place/pretty good place many days then my Daddy died in a horrible, freak tragic accident, I found out my dog has a tumor a couple weeks after his funeral. I got horribly sick again, complete with a day with 15-20 hives from my mast cell activation syndrome and 2 full weeks without a day without at least 1-2. I was looking to buy a house and was under contract for 2, which fell through because of water damage/mold in each-a moldy apartment is what kicked it all in.
    I’m not back to completely hopeless, achy, foggy and unfunctionable exhausted and sick again.

      @lizcampbellfineart  2 года назад +3

      You are so welcome, I’m glad you found it encouraging! This is the majority of what I help my clients with, in regards to emotional wounds and how to heal…here’s what I would recommend for you to get started:
      1: Get someone on your team whether it’s an NLP (neurolinguistic programming) coach or counselor or therapist…there are so many great practitioners out there..but I highly recommend that you find one that does NLP. NLP is what helped me finally feel like myself again and now I am trained in it and get to offer that to my clients. NLP will help you release major emotions holding you back, get you past the of your experience with Lyme and help you feel like you again. If you want to work with me, shoot me a dm on
      IG @lizcampbellhealth
      2: Start journaling if you’re not already…here’s a prompt you can start with, ”What am I holding onto that’s no longer serving me?” Or simply just start writing and let whatever comes out flow onto the paper - called stream of consciousness journaling.
      Get started with those and you should notice a big difference.
      If you want to learn more…check out my IG saved stories about trauma @lizcampbellhealth

    • @lizcampbellfineart
      @lizcampbellfineart  2 года назад +2

      Hi Purna! Most of my clients actually do have the belief that they will get better…but their brain and body are stuck in a state of fight or flight, causing them to keep crashing - staying sick. What I teach them is how to get out of fight/flight through mindset, meditation, breath, and changing habits that are sabotaging their healing, as well as help them get rid of any beliefs that they may not even be conscious they have that are overpowering their other beliefs that they CAN get better. Hope that helps provide you some clarity🥰💓

    • @lizcampbellfineart
      @lizcampbellfineart  2 года назад +3

      Hey Maja! Yes DNRS was more of an educational starting point for me, I did use it and it helped me a lot it was just incredibly time consuming, overwhelming to me. So I dove even deeper into mental and emotional healing methods with books, mentors, training programs and lots and lots of trial and error. That naturally turned into my own process of different mindset strategies, meditations, breathework and lifestyle changes that has now turned into the signature methodology that I teach my students..if you'd like learn more I have a PDF that outlines my entire method..If you would like me to send it to you, send me your email and/or Instagram handle and I will get it to you:)

    I'm at a very confusing point in my life. Doctor suspected that I had Bells Palsy I refuse the treatment and did my own thing and it was gone in just over two weeks. They suggested I do a Lyme test just to rule that out it showed that I had Lyme disease I have never had nor do I currently have any symptoms of Lyme disease and I'm more of a city girl I don't spend a lot of time outdoor so I don't see where I would have been bitten by a tick? I never had rashes or bullseye or any symptoms at all the doctor keeps trying to force me to take supplement and herbal remedies or possibly antibiotics in the future keeps telling me that I must be having joint pain and he goes on and on and I've said no I have no symptoms and no joint pain he actually got really pretty angry with me and it kept saying what are you talking about I said I have no joint pain and I have never had symptoms nor have I been exposed to a high risk of coming in contact with a tick bite. He says will you must have the symptoms because your blood work shows that you have Lyme disease. He also tells me the treatment whether it's supplements or antibiotics is I could get very very sick during the treatment I have been putting off and putting off doing any of the treatment because I'm feeling very overwhelmed and frustrated why should I take drugs that could make me very sick and as my mother used to say open Pandora's Box to a whole host of problems possibly when I currently am having no symptoms at all nor have I ever for Lyme disease. I was also told once your blood work shows you have it it will always show you have it for the rest of your life. I don't know what to do if anything at all about treatment medications Etc I kind of feel like I'm being misdiagnosed in doctors are not listening to me

      No improvement?
      Was you diagnosed?
      Treatment?

      @@rdallas81 sadly,no improvement. Diagnosed with Lyme, Babesiosis, Bartonella. I did treat for 2.5 years but my diagnosis and treatment happened 11 years after the tick bite onset of illness. Doctor said I had Mono and I tested negative at that time for Lyme. The Canadian testing is faulty.

    I know you think you are healed, but you aren't. You still have brain effects from it. I do the same thing.. can't find words or say words wrong that I would never have said wrong before.

      You are probably right..
      Seen it myself.
      Fine for a couple months then BAM! Slapped back down to bed-dom.
      Flare-up very possible even years after initial infection, co-infections, and antibiotics, immune boosting, doctors,

    Great to hear there are some success stories. Happy for you you're one of them.
    I've dealt with lyme for over 8 years now. I've tried many different things. They helped but did not eradicate the problem completely.
    So, I'm interested in your program. Is there any other way besides Instagram, I can reach you?

      Yes, send me an email lizzzycampbelll@gmail.com and tell me a bit about your current health situation and your health goals and then we can see if my program would be a good fit for you:)
