He wouldn't have thought to have this scene with Bible or koran in hand. Or if he did it there would have been more hue and cry. These religions are majority in the world so people think twice before such potrails. U shoot a rape scene or violence or sex with such a motivational book like koran or Bible or some reciting the lines of these book during the scene and then see what backlash you get though u can give all these explanation that you don't consider this book as holy. Try it out in ekalaya or your next venture. I draw lot of inspiration from koran and Bible but it will never cross my mind to depict it in any such way. No explanation. Period.
