Hopefully you're okay. You definitely have a lot going on. The icf is interesting to watch happen. Have a blessed day.
Thanks, you too!
The foundation changes should save time and money, good call! The grass is looking great! It is good to hear you are making sure the land is zoned correctly before the closing.
You know that chicken is telling everyone and now they are really gonna gang up on you.
Thanks for the update and heal fast Geoff.
Yup ☹️🤣
If that happens, there will be fried Chicken at Geoff's place!!! Lol!!
So nice of You Jeff to give Chris a Break.
We need more adventures with Geoff and Chris at the 90acre property!! I swear you and Chris in the Polaris getting tore up by thorns and testing the durability of the Polaris and being thrown around like rag dolls!! Lol! I was laughing like crazy!! Bring the adventures back, even if it's for a day trip to the 90acre property!!
@@jerrymclean8075 Yes it is so Good to See Jeff and Chris hook up. That is true Carolina Boys hooking Up. That is the Power of You-Tube.
I hope you didn't hurt yourself too bad. Have a Bealy Good Day!!!❤😊
Thank you! You too!
Chickens, like kids, adapt very well. Now that knee work - hope they/it is healing well. Enjoying the ICF build. Planning development - always important to read the small print, read between the lines, dot the i's and cross the t's. Duck mafia + goose looking healthy. Have a great day Mr Bealy.
Thanks Heather!
Feel better, Geoff. Knees are a real bugger. The grass looks awesome on camera. Thanks for the updates.
Thanks Vickie 😊
Yes, I'm very happy how the grass turned out, I have seen every video from when Chris first stepped foot on your property and Wow!!! What a transformation from the woods to a big pond with house lots!! You have given me ideas what to to with our new house and the 13 acres that we purchased this past spring in Maine!!!
@@jerrymclean8075 sounds great. Hope everything goes well.
Good call on steel posts! We demo’d our 35 year old deck, and am replacing it with full metal frame/joists, with trex, on concrete piers. We are in our 60’s and want as low maintenance as possible!
Can't get over how good the grass looks now pal after seeing it so barren for so long.
Mr Bealy Good - Sir…. Thank you so much for the updates on all the important stuff - dogdog, chickens, The Duck Mafia! Oh yes and the small house you’re building plus the tiny plot in development. 😉
Take care, stay safe, get better soon and remember ‘The grass is always greener on the BealyGood Farm!
Thanks Andy 😊
Take care Beale. A lot of stress going on there!
45's also add time cutting rebar cutting block etc. So much faster going straight lines.
I've said it before, Geoff, this property is looking amazing! You build it at your speed! Appreciate, your progress reporting for us!! Body parts are getting fragile, Sir, take care of yourself!!!!
Many thanks!
Love that you still have the sense of humor to throw in that last comment from the chickens. Good luck on the knee though!!
The grass looks very emerald for this time of the year
Everything is looking great especially the pond. Sorry you hurt your leg and you get better soon.God Bless and Good Health.
Ty 😊
In your own way you’re just as busy as Let’s dig. But being busy is a good thing. But remember you do have a family and those girls need you too. Thanks for the update and feel better soon.
True. Thanks 😊
Looks like you are on top of things, before every thing goes to far, and then you have to revise something. Always the best way. Stay safe! Hope you are better.
Thanks 😊
The grass is looking good. Real good to take your time and not hurry - rushing is apt to result with more mistakes you do not want.
Thanks 😊
The property is looking very nice. Good job. Hope your not hurt bad my friend.Take care.
Thanks 😊
Are you ok?@@BealyGood
@@pauldillinger2286 I’m decent. Ty!
Thanks for the updates Mr bealy good plenty of progress at the bealy good farm, still think Polaris need to sponsor you hope your knee is ok 👍👍
Thanks 😊
Can't wait to see your new mansion I'll be your first guest
Geoff, love the morning update. Very informative, I'm learning a lot. I was a bit concerned that this video was lacking your usual self-deprecating humor. As luck would have it, I always try to watch until the end. Breaking the Polaris and popping your knee, classic Geoff! Hopefully the knee is just one of those "not as young as I use to be" moments. A Bealy Good series on knee replacement is not really something your fans are looking forward to watching. Sending good thoughts your way....
Appreciate it 😊
That Polaris needed a break, Geoff and Chris tested that poor thing to its limits and it kept on going!! After seeing what they put that Polaris thru, well I really want one now!! That would of made a hell of a commercial for Polaris, and their sales would be higher!!
@@jerrymclean8075 let them know!
The pond looks so cool like that, a sheet of glass.
What is this, a sitcom? Making us wait to find out what you did to yourself? lol
🤣
Thanks Geoff for the updates
Ugh, you were in a lot of pain there, so sorry, prayers for your knee😢
Ty!
Hope you recover quickly! Thanks for the overall update. As part of the small group of home automation / home theater fans who follow your channel, looking forward to seeing and learning about the cutting edge technology you'll be including in your house build. Maybe if your injury limits your mobility, you can cover your final Creston installation that you finished in the farmhouse.
I have been wanting to do a follow up 🤔
The Grass is looking awesome. Hope your alrigh? wellll we know your not alright but you know what I mean. LOL!
lol
Grass looks Awesome!
Good video, as you said, we are waiting for the next update. 😉
Thanks 😊
I know the feeling with the knees. When I heard that thud, I knew. It takes the wind out of you and you feel like passing out. I feel for ya!
ty!
One wrong step on a bad knee and you are in the middle of Hurt City. I feel your pain. Property is really looking good with thick grass. Foundation almost ready to pour. Another phase almost done. Take it easy and rest your leg.
Thanks 😊
you know you should never assume, because assuming makes an ASS out of U and ME🤣😂great update, hope the injury wasn't too serious 👏👏👏👏👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍
At least with that steel beam you can alwys but a wood wrapping on it. Keep up the great content.
Thanks 😊
I feel you on the knee pain. I have had a knee replacement and surgery on the other. Take care and rest up.
Man i wish i could go back to NC. If i did how ever it would have to be western NC. Better. To take your time on the build and get it as close to perfect now because the change or retrofit wont be anywhere as nice. Im looking forward to the building series and how it all comes together just like when you did the farm house. Hope you help up from that injury. Thanks for the update on the farm and build.
Thanks 😊
I hope your recovering from your knee injury.
Thx :)
Looking good Geoff. The foundation build might be a PITA but if you want to get anything right, it’s the foundation. It’ll make the rest of the build easier if you’re as close to perfect as you can be with the underpinnings. Sounds like things are moving nicely on the 90 acre plot. Can’t wait to see it! The grass is looking great! The worst part about that is now you’re going to have to mow it!😅. What is getting all the chickens? Something with feathers or fur?
Both.
@@BealyGood Ouch. Sorry to hear it. Not much you can do about the feathered predators but the furry ones…. Bang bang, IMO. No season on something that’s taking livestock.
I had knee replacement (partial) last Tuesday. The journey started September 2022, when I stepped on a full water hose and twisted my ankle which I got over by the time I got to the house, but I left part of my knee in the front yard. Anyhow I’m doing great with the recovery from the surgery. 1 week after and I’m out walking to the end of the street and most importantly back home again. Swells up s little bit but that goes away in a couple of hours. It feels so
Much better. Twas rather bothersome before the hose got me. Now that’s gone too. Maybe lefty will get some attention too. Happy Holidays snd hope you recover from your boo boo!!
man! rest up!
I hope your knees recover soon...I know your pain, (I have been flooring installer for 55 years)
That’s rough! Even with knee pads. Thanks
Looking forward to seeing more.
Thanks 😊
So much vision,Focus, When do you find the time?So Smart, with a little help from your friends ❤ Thanks for sharing,,KEEP it Bealy Good 👍 😊
The grass is looking Amazing
The new grass looks so nice. Sure hope your knee will be ok.
Thank you 😊
You where low toned when you hit your knee! My wife tells me that it sounds as though the world is coming to an end when I hit an elbow, bang a knee or stump a toe! Praying that you recover from yours in prompt manner!
It’s a male trait 🤣. Thanks 😊
It's so good that You are doing the Forming for the Footer for the House.... And No Jeff you can't just Blink, or Crinkle your Nose and have everything done in a time.
That would be nice though
@@BealyGood Yeah exactly. You don't have a Jeannie or a Bewitched next to You. And am sure that You don't have the Power of the Force with You as Well.
Looking good gaining it
Geoff looking good! Thanks for sharing! Kevin
Thanks 👍
Everything is looking great and i hope that you didn't get hurt to bad!
Ty
Property is looking nice young man, thanks for the update, appreciate you taking the time to bring things to light
Thanks for watching!
Man, I know about the knees, have had both mine replaced, always some pain somewhere !! lololol...
Oh I don't get me started on knees, had problems on and off for 32 years, persistent for the past 10, and I'm only 44 yet!
Man! Good luck
Good morning geoff
Morning!
Lot's going on in your life. I hope the injury wasn't too severe.
Just sore. Ty 😊
Another good update bro, breath deep. Safe travels. Ken.
Thanks 👍. Hope you’re doing well.
Yep better now thanks I ate some old ham and it did a number in me for 3 days.
@@mischef18 oh skit. That’s no good
You might need to get a few sheep to keep all that grass cut
Hi, hope you are ok, it is good to have a bit of banter in the comments, but nobody wants to see ( or hear ) somebody hurt themselves, all the best 👍🐝🌞
Ty 😊
I have some torn ACL's and when I'm out doing stuff like you do I grab me a support brace for a Lil more stability.Hope your ok,have a blessed day
I have one of those. Would probably be good if I wore it. Thanks 😊
would love to see film on the other projects!
Will have some shortly
Grass looks great!
Thanks 😊
Takes a little patience to build quality foundations. I was going to comment on the county and the lack of concern when the work load increases so should the motions. Dude that sounded painfull man, I hope your giving it a good rest to heal right.
Thank you 😊
Best way to learn doing it yourself.
Hopefully you’re feeling ok. Take care

Good morning, December 8th. Happy Friday Temperature 27°. Degrees🎅👍NC Midway

Proper Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance.....lol
Cheers Jeff from San Francisco.
like learning 3d house design
Lol, when you said "to many roosters" i heard "two mini roosters" and i thought cool. I have some mini roosters and i love them. Got a mean streak wider than they are but they are fun to have around.
Building in Williamson county Tennessee is strict also. After we had the field area marked off it became God's Land and strictly off limits. One of the foundation crew drove his pickup over the edge of it to park on the other side of the house (for some reason)
The inspector seen tire tracks and shut us down. It took weeks to get the soil retested and a new permit issued.
Should have just slid him 5k and went back to work. It would have been cheaper.
Some of the stuff is ridiculous
Really liking the performance of the new wireless mike
Thanks!
Bealy good!
I assume your okay. At least I hope so. Stay well.
Thanks :)
Yay finally my turn! ❤
Yes!
Thankfully we dont have to deal with the county on lot size shape or location. No permits for pounds or houses or any other structures
Wow. That would be nice
@BealyGood we don't have any building codes either. Just electrical and septic inspection only
Also, while you're riding around doing all that Gratuitous Grass Gazing, you should recall that the annual crap-grass is what mostly came up. It's not like you got a month of post plant perfect (slightly rainier and not draughty) weather, and you're tripping over all Kentucky Bluegrass it's so thick. Hit up a chapter of Grass Gazers Anonymous as you could be back to the Barren Hinterland soon enough.
The fescue is in there. No time for being pessimistic
And all this time I thought all you had to do was feed the ducks and watch sunsets ! Carry on mate. Piker John
🤣😁
Great updates!
👍
Ty!
Making progress
Mornin', Geoff
Good morning ☀️
I have a few questions about the type of ICF you're using and why you're going in that direction.
But. Figure it'll be that way with the thermal install and anything else that cool that you all install/ share with us in the future.
Curious to know if you're going to be installing the european style tilt/turn windows?
And if you'll be using any security film treatments on them etc.
Also your burgeoning career as a stuntman might be misguided 😂
Great times as always.
Show some Carolina bbq when you have discover something great!!
❤ dog-dog looking spiffy as always ❤
Currently Casement windows are spec’d but I’m still investigating.
The best bbq around here is the yearly church fundraiser.
I’ll definitely be getting into more details.
Thanks!
access to RTP is key...540north has been clobbered for 10+ years now....hopefully the final south loop will offer an alternate route.
Yes. They need that finished pretty badly.
Come on!!! Let’s get that concrete on the ground!!😂😂😂😂
Trying 🤣
Hope you didn't hurt yourself too severely.
Thanks 😊
😮 Sounds like a smack to the walnut bag at the end if you ask me! 😮
Luckily not 🤣
Geoff, I saw a news article yesterday that Disney is planning one of those large residential developments in your neck of the woods. I believe it was on fox news. The article mentioned like 4 thousand homes and some amenities. I was wondering if that was close to you and ld18. Have a good day.
I don't think its out this way. Thanks!
Sorry for your mishap Geoff. Better the knee and not your nuts or you could wind up singing in the Applebee boys choir with a high voice! 😂😂
Agreed, lol

Expecting about an about a 1" or more for Delmarva this coming Sunday Dec. 10th
Yeah. Forcast says 1.6"
@@BealyGood They just changed it that We will get 2" to 3" inches here now. With 45mph winds.
@@MarkORoth-fu2cy well crap. I better check the forecast. Good luck!
I would like to see a photo rendering of the house. If you've shown it, can you tell me what video I should go back to look at? You must have one, right?
he should learn 3d house design
I have one of the concrete portion. I would like to learn 3D modeling. I'll add that to the list :). I will prob have a rendering done.
@@BealyGood it would help you a lot because you get a better idea of ever part of the build
I hope you feel better! You can't say it for obvious reasons, but I will, the bureaucrats in your county suck!
Can you go over cost for your gate? Looking to do something very similar soon
About $6500 - $7000. The gate is steel so could have saved money going aluminum for sure. But that includes the brick pillars, lights. But not the electronic controllers as I still need to get those.
Whoa! Are you ok?
Yeah. Just sore. Thanks
@@BealyGood That sounded bad. Take care of yourself.
Curious on the 90 acres - Is Chris an investor or 'just' the critical cog to move the gears along?
just the critical cog at this point
'Break a leg' is just a colloquialism,... hope you're feeling better.
I knew I did something wrong 🤣
replace the fornma drain with a flexible perf 6" round drain pipe
To Replace the From A Drain would be perf 6" pipe, wood forms for the concrete and piping for the Radon
i ment to use it on the radus 's .. @@BealyGood

Many, many videos ago, you were painting the china shipping container white. In this video it is still green and says-------pping. What"s going own? Am I losing my mind?
I painted the other side
It started with hope everyone is having a Bealy Good day . Then puff it did end as planned 😢😮

Worlds longest miniature golf hole
you should look in to 3d house design and then when get them were you like them then have a little modal version made that why you a better idea how it look and you can find this stuff online to your still on the younger side to be able to learn how to do stuff like 3d house design on the internet and it would save you money because your not wasting it like in this video trying to find the look you like
Oh Nooooooo,knees !
