Sam could have gone to Las Vegas but she didn't work hard enough to keep her weight down. For Sam to get to Vegas, as an example, she might consider getting a physical trainer to keep her in shape so she can make the kind of appearance such as Celine Dion. There is no question that Sam is one of the Greats right up there with Barbra Streisand and Celine. Sending her good thoughts to get in shape----we love Sam and want her to make it to the top with the Great Ones.
You do NOT need to be "in shape" to sing and be great. You simply need a voice that will carry you! Adele is a prime example how to be who you are and NOT to let anyone "mold" you the way they want you to be (and Adele blows Celine away, but in her own way). With that said, I believe that Adele and Sam are very beautiful women and deserve to live how they want to live. @Sam, Stay who you are and never do what others want ... follow your own dreams and not other peoples dreams :-)
