I've been watching ASMR videos for like 12 years and I swear there is a massive difference in someone trying to be "asmr-ry" and someone who has a natural calming, peaceful energy about them, that the ASMR part is purely who they are. Heather Feather was a perfect example of that. Kayla has always been in the 2nd category as well, and I'm so happy she's back making videos. ✌️
Yes there's forced asmr and natural asmr. I prefer the natural type 👍 Edit: Taylor ASMR is so natural too, plus I love her southern accent. Have a listen

I've never heard of reversed breathing. But I first learned about using my diaphragm when I started playing trumpet. Lol instruments that use any type of air required a lot of breathing 😂
