When The Barefoot Angel and Eva singing an iconic song together, there are no words to describe this emotional performance.
This video is gorgeous to hear. Eva is one of the very few singers that comes close to Angelina, IMO. Cancer took her far too early & deprived the World of her beautiful voice. Thanks Sting for writing this beautiful song, but these women "own" it, first Eva & now Angelina.
In my opinion too: Eva's voice is the only one that holds up when played side-by-side with Angelina's (IMO)

There was a time when some people didn't appreciate these mash-ups. But, my goodness, to pair these two up, thought to be an impossibility, is without a doubt a collector's item!

That was a beautiful performance by AJ and Eva. Their voices are different, and yet there is some similarity in tone. The biggest thing to remember here is that AJ was no more than 15 years old here and perhaps slightly younger. Eva was probably around 30 give or take. AJ was phenomenal in performing in performing this song at the level of somebody so much older. And kudos to the creator of this beautiful virtual duet. Even when they sang together, the timing was pretty close most of the time. Thanks Stew for doing this one, and I knew you would like it. Peace out.

IMO only Eva Cassidy's version has and will stand the test of time and it loses something by someone trying to make it a duet.
Angelina is great but lacks the emotion, the incredible phrasing, the nuances, and the range of Eva.
