My buddy invited me over yesterday to shoot his X Compact with dot and Wilson grip. I've never been a Sig fan. But somehow, I immediately shot it better than my Shadow Systems MR920 Roland. We traded right then and there. I have been officially coverted.
I just picked one of these up today but the regular version. How do you like it for carrying? I carry a 19 just like you with iron sights. But recently shot my buddies sig with a red dot and it was really nice.
Sig has a different sight setup. Most common are #6 or #8 sights. It’s basically a way for the user to “zero” their iron sights for different distances. This is the best way to do irons. But is very odd for most people to get use to. This is why you thought you were shooting low. But really you were shooting how the sights were suppose to shoot. If you would’ve moved out to a much further distance. It would’ve been spot on
The Zev version is definitely not worth it. Just get a standard Xcompact it’s already cut for an optic. Have both the Xcompact and Xcarry enjoyed shooting them so much I sold my Glocks.
Considering how hard it is to find a p320 slide that’s cut for an rmr and allows you to keep rear irons sights. It’s worth the extra $200 in my opinion
Look make no mistake you're a Glock guy, I knew the outcome form a couple minutes into the video'....I.ve had about 12 Glocks over a couple of decades. I've have 4-Sig P320's for about 5 years. The Sig p320 x-compact straight from Sig is a superior gun to any Glock ( and the glock 19 you compare it to)in most every way, plus the Sig is modular and that's something, if you don't know it is a fabulous platform especially if you want to customize your gun, with no gunsmith, even if you don't customize your gun the Sig is a far better gun, better trigger, Stainless slide, fit finish, with stainless steel parts inside, as I said the Sig is a far superior gun. it's a no brainer.
The Wilson Combat Sig Sauer P320 X-Carry is an awesome 9mm, only cons are it isn’t optic ready and it’s pricy. However it’s my EDC, and I’d be interested in seeing your review on this firearm.
you hitting low because you are used to Glock grip. Wit Glock you have to push the gun down from natural position, bet you that's the reason . Have same gun and also have g45 gen 5. The fact that aiming issues went away after you put dot on just proves it :)

Great knowledge transfer, great video. Thanks for your help!

POA vs POI that you described is exactly the same as my experience with my Sig. Definitely not shooter error.
I like the content but, it too dark to see the close up shot... can you increase the lighting on your set?

Glock, Glock, Glock, Glock, Glock..... ad nauseam. Surprise. You have to adapt to each different style of gun.
I think it’s the grip angle that Glock boys are so used to, that switching to something else is hard for some of them.
Thanks for the video.
Have you checked out the Walther PDP Compact? Worth looking at
Great fair video! Would buy a standard 320 x compact over the zev. Pretty sure you can get it optic cut out from factory.

What holster setup is that for the z320?
Does the Zev Z320 slide work in normal holster that are made for oem Sig slide?
No reason why it wouldn"t. Unless material was added to the slide it shouldn't make a difference, and I've never seen a slide that had material added.
I love Glocks, I carry Glocks, I sleep with my Glock, and I’m a Glock fan boy, but I’m open to looking at different firearms…. 🙄
You really should because your possibly missing out
@@ResplendentRaider ain’t no possibly lol he IS missing out.
