The second best Star Wars character next to Anakin/Vader. Obi-Wan always had a tragic life, but continued to fight for what he thought was right until the end.

This is sich a fucking throwback to childhood. One of the very first Amv/Tributes I ever saw. How I got introduced to this amazing song was threw this nostaligic edit. Someone should make a new one today because now we have so much more footage we can use with Kenobi

Anakin is actually the "hero" of the Star Wars saga, technically.
I know Anakin is, but personally I don't like him, so for me it's Obi-Wan and Luke

:) Prequel trilogy Anakin I hate. He's whiny, immature and portrayed as a psychopath and very rarely shown to be the 'good friend' Obi-Wan tells Luke about in ANH. Clone Wars TV series (2008-2014?) Anakin is more likeable and certainly is the more noble, mature, brother/friend Obi-Wan talks about in ANH.
Because crushing objects, choking, etc. is wielding the Dark Side... Obiwan Kenobi is the epitome of the Light!!
Obi-Wan Kenobi was the greatest Jedi of his Era. Others might have been more powerful like Yoda or Windu but he exemplified what a Jedi should be. String, wise, compassionate. When the order became dogmatic in their ways Obi-Wan stayed true to the true meaning of what a a Jedi ahould be despite having so many reasons to falter such as the deaths of Qui Gon and Satine.

Thanks for making this tribute, Obi-wan is by far the most in depth Jedi character (movies/novels) i've seen besides Luke. I seriously hope they include him and Qui-Gonn as Force Ghosts in Ep 7 :)
