@@misterzee5736 They’re clueless. They think London is comparable to Bridlington. And you’re right: London’s GDP subsidises the rest of the U.K. So just like the EU Grants, they’re biting the hand that feeds them. They’ll never learn.
Soo many empty apartments. London is having a big problem filling them up at the moment. I got 2 new builds near me that are completed but totally empty because they just can't sell them. And cant even rent them out. Massive demands for houses though.
They say approx 700,000 have left the capital due to Covid and job losses, many have gone back home to family roots both in the uk and abroad. Commercial property in prime London is ruined which is why many landlords will try to convert office space into resi which in turn will create mass supply with prices going south. If and when things are back to a normal things may improve in our new world - London will always be a powerful attractive city but property values need to calm the hell down for the sake of the younger generations!!

Just turn Emmerdale on, lad
Love it!! 😍
Thanks guys great vid as always! Apartment is ok but quite a small entertaining area for the money - your paying a lot for very little from what I see on this occasion. Personally I find Docklands one of the most soulless areas of London especially at weekends or holidays when all the banking and IT geeks who inhabit these apartments go off to a more inspiring location to play on their laptops and it literally becomes a ghost town, Vastly overrated part of London IMO!!!!
Oh this one will defo trigger Northerners 🤣
already some triggered here lmao. Not many of them know economics to realise that London, and all that comes with it, boosts the entire UK including their northern cities.
@@misterzee5736 They’re clueless. They think London is comparable to Bridlington. And you’re right: London’s GDP subsidises the rest of the U.K. So just like the EU Grants, they’re biting the hand that feeds them. They’ll never learn.
Could live in a Mansion in the Midlands and North for that and it would still be cheaper. I'm curious as to how anybody could afford this rent.

I wouldn't rent this, I like a separate living room. Views aside, as it is debatable whether that is a nice view or not. I wouldn't spend more than £1200 a month on this sort of flat.
Legends know summer is not coming in front of camera coz she got a cap on... like for her 👍
