Welcome to hell-a.k.a. Belle Reve, the prison with the highest mortality rate in the US of A. Where the worst Super-Villains are kept and where they will do anything to get out-even join the super-secret, super-shady Task Force X. Today’s do-or-die assignment? Assemble a collection of cons, including Bloodsport, Peacemaker, Captain Boomerang, Ratcatcher 2, Savant, King Shark, Blackguard, Javelin and everyone’s favorite psycho, Harley Quinn. Then arm them heavily and drop them (literally) on the remote, enemy-infused island of Corto Maltese. Trekking through a jungle teeming with militant adversaries and guerrilla forces at every turn, the Squad is on a search-and-destroy mission with only Colonel Rick Flag on the ground to make them behave…and Amanda Waller’s government techies in their ears, tracking their every movement. And as always, one wrong move and they’re dead (whether at the hands of their opponents, a teammate, or Waller herself). If anyone’s laying down bets, the smart money is against them-all of them.

The first one was unrated when it came to Blu-ray. Over the top gore and violence and or cursing doesn’t make a movie good look at kick-ass or even Deadpool. Deadpool’s blood scenes were a little too much at times

She's on the short list of actors born to play a role: Christopher Reeve, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Ryan Reynolds, Paul Bettany, and Robbie. Plenty of actors will take a role and make it iconically theirs (Hugh Jackman, for example). But this list basically came right from the pages of the comics.

What makes James Gunn an excellent director is his use of the soundtrack to not only add life to the movie but to give meaning by the songs that play in certain scenes, just like how guardians of the galaxy had an amazing soundtrack, if ss soundtrack turns out to be anywhere near as good I think this will be a big step up from last movie

Idris Elba was initially hired to replace Will Smith as Floyd Lawton/Deadshot, but it was later decided that Elba would play a new character (Bloodsport) to allow Smith to return in the future. Will Smith was set to return as Deadshot but left due to scheduling conflicts.

My guess is that there's two suicide squads. The first squad totally dies , so there goes michael rooker , sean gunn , pete davidson , capt boomerang , nathan fillion , and that alien chick . hands down theyre gonna die. of course flagg and Harley are the only ones that make it . with Harley probably getting captured and Flagg escaping . HENCE second suicide squad rescuing Harley and finishing the first mission . tbh i think only Flagg , harley , killer shark , bloodshot, and polka dot (GOD I HOPE POLKA MAKES IT) are the ones to live .

And its a dumb choice, there is no reason to call in the SSQ, they are only to be used for illegal/immoral operations. Defeating starro is the most super hero kind of stuff you can do, so why not just use superheroes. The only thing i could think of would be the, everyother supe got mind controlled by him and only the SSQ is left. But that would also suck bc how are they supposed to fight against supes like superman? It just feels like they are going for the Avenger route of creating a team to safe the world from whatever comes, which is the very opposite of the SSQ' actual idea.

I don't know much about the Thinker other than the Flash show's interpretation but I think Peter Capaldi is an A+ choice.
