- Second experiment looking at how different fruits react when added to hydrogen peroxide. The aim is to see which one produces the most amount of bubbling due to the catalase enzyme reacting with the hydrogen peroxide reducing it to water and oxygen.

Catalase neutralizes hydrogenperoxide which is what turns your hair white.
Apparently catalase is in avocados 🥑!
Does that mean banana and avacado have Max catalase ?
