As far as I know, Thomas, your account was banned twice, yet you were able to get it reinstated. In my case, simply updating my profile with a Google image led to my suspension, and even now, the responses from support remain the same. You're absolutely right-there seem to be different levels of support, and for someone like me who isn’t top-rated, navigating this process feels incredibly difficult.

Thomas, a few of these points are not true anymore. They sunsetted feedback removal option for ALL freelancers I think back in September. There are also no different fee structures for freelancers, regardless of the badge. That would be nice though! I feel like they removed a lot of perks that made you want to earn top rated plus or top rated like feedback removal etc.
