Perfectly normal display of team-spirit and (more importantly) extroversion. I remember some of the guys in my high-school being more than willing to run around in their underwear, or do drag, for the sake of getting the attention they craved. I don't begrudge them their foibles, but it wasn't something I'd have done, as the artsy introvert I've always been...
