Att söka jobb är både kul och tidskrävande och det är förstås viktigt att du ger ett så bra intryck som möjligt om du vill ha tjänsten du är på intervju för.
Därför vill du undvika att göra en dålig arbetsintervju genom att undvika de här 8 misstagen.

Jag tycker inte alls hon pratar för snabbt. Tvärtom så tycker jag hon artikulerar sig tydligt och pratar i normal takt, men jag är ju svensk. 🤷♀️ Om någon har svårt att förstå henne kan man ändra uppspelningshastigheten på videon om man klickar på kugghjulet. ⚙️ Klicka på 0,5 så blir videon (och språket) i slow motion. 👍
En intervju numera är bara ett spel. Ganska givna frågor inövade svar.
Hon pratar inte snabbt, vad fan snackar de om

Så här gick boomers arbetsintervju: "Kan du börja på måndag?" Samma boomers 50-60+ år senare när de ska anställa någon: "Vi söker någon med arbetslivserfarenhet och som är mer än välutbildad".

Kanske viktigaste saken: Få intervjuaren att gilla dig.
Det är dags att begrava dunderflokseln "utmaningar" och istället tala klarspråk, "problem" .

Du kan själv ändra på uppspelningshastigheten om du trycker på de tre punkterna till höger.
Jag upplevde detta också. Jag tror att det är klippningen som är problematisk. 1 tipset i en ”10 tips att föra ett samtal” är att låta tystnaden ta minst 30% av tiden när man för ett anförande för att mottagaren ska ha tid att lyssna in och förstå.
Ursäkta om detta lät mansplainande, det kändes viktigt som tillägg i kritiken.
Hon pratar inte snabbt, kan man inte hänga med i normal samtalstakt är det också något man kommer att sållas bort på, om jobbet kräver något mått av kommunikation. Bra att du fick träning här genom att lyssna om, hoppas det blir bättre.

Alla highlevel jobb i princip kräver förberedda svar. Komma av sig för att man inte har inövade svar? Ja kanske om du är helt ny...
Det låter ganska tragiskt då det kan komma en fråga utan inövat svar.

I love that. And when that hits you. That's what fills you with enough love to overcome your resistance to love even that next level thing that you could do. No it can't be love. Of course it's love! what else could it be! It's love! No oh my God this is impossible! Of course it's love how could it be anything else!? How could I be so stupid as to think it's anything else. And God is like of course it's love.
