My Invisalign treatment ends on July 20th!! I don’t need any refinements and the process was pretty quick! I made sure to wear the aligners for 22 hours a day and the results are astounding. I will get my retainers on the 20th also. Did you get scanned for your retainers? My orthodontist said that my retainers will be created from the position of my teeth on my final tray. I really enjoyed your videos and will keep you updated!
Omg omg omg congrats Wayne!!! Only a two more weeks to go! #TeamNoRefinements 😂😂 My orthodontist did the putty molds for my retainers, but I wish they had used the scanner lol Thank you so much for supporting my channel and definitely keep me updated!
This video is amazing! I'll be receiving mine in a few weeks, and I'm super nervous. This definitely gives me a huge insight on the process, and do's/don'ts.
Thank you for this video. I’m on day 3. Right now my thoughts are what did I get myself into. I’m trying to be optimistic and tell myself it will be better soon. The hardest part for me is removing and replacing trays. And putting them back in and hoping I get them aligned right. On the videos I see people just clicking them back in like there is nothing to it. Will that happen for me, I hope. Thank you again
I can’t brush right away after eating, it just makes me feel sick and like I’m going to puke. I have to use mouth wash after meals then rinse and put my retainers back in and then I usually brush a few hours after.

@@fakefakefake7952 So far so good. I’m about to switch to aligners #13 (two week switches) and everything is still tracking. I’m almost halfway there now and I can clearly see the changes already
@@fakefakefake7952 I haven't received any negative feedback from people around me. Just people saying they don't think they would be able to do it, because it requires a lot of discipline and persistence (as you probably found out already). In the end you have to do it for yourself. If you have a misaligned bite or you're not happy with the way your teeth look then it's 100% worth it. I mean, we have the option to fix it so why not take that opportunity. You will reap the benefits of it for the rest of your life!
@@fakefakefake7952 Not sure what he's worried about, but the Clincheck model should give him a pretty good idea of what the end result will look like. Even if for some reason he doesn't like it, it's ultimately your decision and yours only.
Informative video! I started invisalign a month ago. I'm required to change the trays biweekly. First week caused a lot of saliva, adjusting fairly well. Thanks so much for sharing. 😊
thank you for this informative video! I came across your channel about 4 months ago and I love your Invisalign videos! Since I am in Australia Invisalign isn't the main brand of clear alignment treatment, my orthodontist uses Spark Aligners and I change every 5 days! Meaning my 45 aligner treatment is actually really quick, I am on tray 3 and they definitely aren't as bad as I thought they would be!
Thank you so much for your support Oliver! Spark Aligners sound really cool - the faster you can get to that beautiful new smile the better! All the best with the rest of your Invisalign journey! I’m glad things have been going well so far 😊💙
I am gonna start my treatment in the next couple months!! Just found your video and wanted to thank you for the tips and tricks. As per doctor, my treatment will take around 24 months, and I am definitely looking forward to be consistent in wearing them regularly and following other tips and tricks so I can finish my treatment as soon as possible! :) I also plan to create video series for my entire invisalign journey so I can help others as well just like how you are doing! :) Great work!! @@Shilique thank you 😊 I have to take out a couple of teeth which I am really scared about.. lol.. but am determined that if I want to do it whole heartedly and get the best results, I have to take out couple of teeth.. so just waiting to get all of it done!
@@Valerie-gn1rr hey.. you are right on time to ask... today was my Day 1... i just came back from my first appointment about couple hours back :) When did you start?
My dentist told me that only boiling temperatures will truly damage the aligners, seeing as you can’t put boiling water in your mouth as your burn yourself she said don’t worry, I change my trays ever 7 days and she told me it’s ok to drink tea and coffee and not to worry. So far so good.
I’ve heard a lot of orthodontists give different suggestions when it comes to this. I was personally very careful because I didn’t I didn’t want anything to jeopardize my treatment. I also had to wear my Aligners for 2 weeks at a time my whole treatment, so I think I had to be a bit more careful than most. I think as long as you aren’t doing any damage then it’s all good. Invisalign is restrictive enough as it is, might as well not make it worse 😋 Wishing you all the best on the rest of your journey!
SAME. my dentist told me today when I had tray 1 installed that I can drink iced coffee (or any beverage without too much color) with my tray still in, as long as it's with a straw and instead of sipping on straw with my lips just make sure the straw passes through my teeth so that the liquid goes to the back of my mouth and not swishing around the front of my mouth. He even said I can eat a few soft things like banana or yogurt with tray in but obviously not colored things like fresh cherries that will stain the trays and also to stay completely away from turmeric, which will ruin the tray entirely. he also said that obviously black coffee drinkers vs lighter colored coffee drinkers with more cream makes a difference. black coffee will stain more than with creamy color because obviously its darker. he said if I want to try a cocktail and it has color just wait until the end of my tray to try new things that may have more color in it, perhaps do that or coffee on day 5 of my 7 day tray because since I switch them out every 7 days and im not a heavy/daily coffee drinker and im drinking everything cold and through a straw that I should be fine, since I am putting a new tray in every week anyway! he says the most important thing is wearing 22 to 22.5 hours a day and the cleanings after each meal and keep trays clean. Invisalign says no eating or drinking at all with tray in, so I am not sure if I will be as carefree as I am supposedly allowed to but maybe here and there if im in a pinch.
I have to get 3 tooth extracted and it really kinda scared me off a bit.. I hope my journey will be as smooth as yours.. 🙏 Thanks for sharing the tips 🙏
My dentist mentioned that generally it is adviced to take them out when eating or drinking, but actually there are safe drinks and foods I could still enjoy with aligners on, but I really have to become self-aware of what am I drinking or eating. For example with drinks, I should avoid 1.) hot drinks 2.) staining drinks. So obvioulsy drinks like coffee, tea, red wine, coke etc. are going to stain my aligners and Im just gonna be left with stained teeth until I switch to a new aligner. But otherwise, except just water, I can still enjoy other non-colorful or non-staining drinks, such as mineral waters, juices, white wine, champagne, protein drinks, etc. With foods I can still eat foods that are soft and don't stain. So obviously no crackers, chips, cookies, meat - that could damage and weaken the material but also watch out for spices such as turmeric, curry etc as that could stain the aligners and they would end up yellow permanently. On the other hand, soft mushy foods that don't need much chewing or breaking down such as rice, pasta, watermelon and other non-chewy fruits, hard candy (don't bite it and make sure it's not dark and staining), soft bread, If you ate the "safe" drinks or foods and didn't remove your aligners before that, be sure to at least brush your teeth aferwards
You’re so right! I feel like most people who have Invisalign do this at some point lol. I remember closer to the end of my treatment if I left my trays out too long I’d just leave them in while drinking my iced coffee in the morning 🙃 Probably not the best idea but it got the job done 😂😂
@@Shilique my doctor told me to go ahead and try to drink coffee on the last day of my first trays (I'm having a 7 day trays so on the 6th day), she told me it doesn't melt the tray, as the coffee would need to be piping hot (uncomfortable to drink) as the trays are manufactured ad super high temperatures, but I should try and see if it stains or not. To see whether I can further drink coffee or not. I guess it depends on your specific mouth and saliva and specific coffee.. Lol and obviously it get the job done, your teeth are perfect!
My dentist stressed no food or drinks for cavity reasons! She said not necessarily would it break the aligners but if food or drinks got stuck in between it is a very easy way to get cavities! :(
That’s very true, a lot of people think that drinking sprite is ok because it won’t stain but then all that sugar is just pressed up against your teeth all day
@@Shilique my ivisalign never stained from colourless drinks, but one has to keep in mind to clean it multiple times a day. It's true though I'm generally not a big soda drinker. I have experience drinking white wine with retainers on and no staining occured.
I can’t even wear mine since the dry mouth is so bad. 😭 any tips for that??? Ortho said just stick with it, but I can’t. I feel like I’m reacting to the plastic. After 24 hours without them in, the dry mouth gets better. It literally feels like my teeth are porous and coated.
My orthodontist actually told me NOT to use chewies. He said there is no need for them because invisalign makes them to fit properly and if there is any space on the tray its for your teeth to slide into that area during that tray time frame. BUT I bought them anyways HA! However- never needed them and i'm half way through my treatment.
@@Shilique Oh mine didn't either but after getting my invisalign bag I headed to the car and of course thoroughly went through it and panicked a bit when I didn't see this chewie thing that almost every youtuber that I binge watched mentioned! SOOO I went back in and asked the person at the front desk, who seemed confused about what I was asking about so she grabbed my DR and he came out and talked to me about it and told me there was no need and in fact it could be a hindrence to the aligners as people tend to make it a habit to chew. He also told just to use hydrogen peroxide to clean my aligners, which no one seems to mention.
Great video! I was hoping you touched base on the chewies. People have mention that it help speed up the process but I wanted to know your thoughts. If you have another video regarding that please leave the link below this comment.
Thanks Girl 💙 I actually didn’t use chewies during my treatment. They weren’t recommended by my ortho and I didn’t feel I needed them. I’m pretty sure I talked about it in a video, I’ll take a look and give you the link if I can find it ☺️
I talk about them about 2 and a half minutes in on this video: ruclips.net/video/sOayF3KE7hY/видео.html (Invisalign 101: Tracking - what does it mean?) Hope this helps and all the best on your Invisalign journey!! 💙
Thank you for an excellent video. Learned some things. My ortho told me to change every 2 wks. but then I counted the trays x 2 wks and it was way more than I liked. So I am now changing my trays every 12 days as long as they seem to be tracking correctly. I may rethink this after watching this. I am careful about wearing them 22 hours daily. Am also going to look into the tray minder app.
Same! I have 28 trays total and I’m instructed to change dem every 2 weeks! Thats dragging the process. I’m wrapping up week one and I’m considering switching them a few days early. Maybe a day or 2
Funny enough, my ortho didn’t recommend them! Not that he had an issue with them, he just didn’t think they were necessary. A lot of people swear by them for Invisalign though so I’d say they’re probably worth a try 😋
How do you eat in the 2 hours because you need to wait at least 10 minutes to clean your teeth. And then its 5 mins to clean your teeth. So each meal is about 45 mins. If you eat 3 times a day thats over 2 hours
Hey! I didn’t wait any set amount of time before brushing. I use a very soft bristled toothbrush and never had any issues. I also believe different dentists/orthodontists give different advice to their patients. My orthodontist didn’t advise against brushing right after meals, but I’d say to do whatever is best for you Hope this helps! ☺️
If you make sure that you brush, floss and mouthwash your teeth ….. AND (simultaneously) soak your Invisalign trays in a cleaning solution EVERY NIGHT before bed, …….. it is okay to skip that particular process earlier during the day after finishing a meal. After finishing your meal, just rinse your mouth and trays with cold water before putting the trays back into your mouth. But, you MUST do ALL of the cleaning procedures every night before bed!
Thank you so much for sharing! I just watched a bunch of your invisalign videos and they're so informative! I'm wondering if you were asked to do teeth extractions at all and also if you felt like the results changed your face shape? I feel like my teeth are very similar to yours and I'm thinking of starting Invisalign :) Thank you!!
Hey Cindy! Thank you so much 😊 I technically didn’t have to do any extractions for Invisalign, but I did have my wisdom teeth removed a few months before I started my treatment (they were impacted and my teeth were crowded so I decided to get them removed). I do think my face shape kind of changed from my treatment, mainly my bottom jaw shifted forward when they corrected my overbite. Hope this helps! 💙
I started 4 days ago and one of the attachments fell down while I was eating, do I call the orthodontist or does it not matter? It’s one of the teeth in the back so I’m not sure
I’d say reach out to them asap to have a new one put on. Attachments help the trays to grip your teeth and apply enough force to move your teeth the way they need to be moved. Without it, the tray won’t do what it’s supposed to do. Hope that helps! 💙
Congrats on starting your Invisalign journey! Don’t be too worried if you don’t see big changes right away. It took a few trays for me to really start seeing a difference. Not every tooth is being shifted with each tray, and I found that I saw the biggest difference when my really crooked teeth were being moved. Wishing you all the best! 💙
Hi, I just started using Invisalign. I know I should be brushing before putting the trays in after eating but I know I’m not supposed to brush my teeth until 30-60 minutes after eating to make sure I’m not brushing when my enamel is weak. What I’ve been doing is putting my trays back in after using mouthwash and then brushing 30-60 minutes after eating, is this okay?
Hey Shania! I remember reading something about waiting to brush, but I think when I looked more into it/asked my orthodontist I just stuck with brushing right after. I did switch to a very soft bristled toothbrush though. I would also floss if you’re just swishing with mouthwash to avoid trapping in food and causing cavities. Hope this helps!
@@Shilique Thank you so much for responding! I’ll definitely start flossing before putting the trays in now, I’ve only had Invisalign for a few days now but I can’t believe I didn’t think about that. I’ll start looking for a softer toothbrush but I got a new electric toothbrush only 5 months ago so I doubt I’m actually going to make a switch since it’s been working well. You definitely helped, thank you so much!
@@shaniastuart349 I just got mine. I only eat two meals a day. After I eat, I drink a matcha green tea or hot chocolate with a little heavy whipping cream (I’m doing Keto, LOL), and the dairy helps neutralize any acids. After 20 minutes, when I finish my drink, I then go brush my teeth. I hope this helps! 💕🦷
Hi, I am planning to get invisiligns but the thing is I am in Pakistan and will be moving to Canada in April. Will it be okay if I get my set of invisiligns from here (Pakistan) or should I start this procedure once I move to Canada?
Hey Sumra! I don’t see why not, but I would reach out to an orthodontist in Canada to make sure that the place in Pakistan can transfer over your treatment plan ☺️ Best of luck with your Invisalign journey! 💙
Honestly the more you talk the faster you get used to them. I used to get a bit of a lisp for the first few hours when I started wearing a new tray, but it would go away quickly 😋
I’m getting mine off today or i’m seeing if i need a refinement. I still think i’m gonna need a refinement bc i wasnt too disciplined 😂 ill do an edit later today as im going on soon. Edit: All good guys! No problems and getting the permanent ones in 2 weeks!
@@Shilique Yup went great! Im getting my permanent ones in 2 weeks and i actually got the choice to make any changes if i wanted more retainers to fix anything!
Personally I’d say ortho since they’re specialized, but if you can find a dentist that seems knowledgeable then I don’t see the problem with that either. I think Invisalign certified dentists and orthodontists have a rating (gold, silver, platinum, etc) on the Invisalign website which can be good for helping you choose as well.
Hey! I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed a while before I started Invisalign. It wasn’t actually related to my treatment though, I had them taken out because of how much crowding I had and the fact that some of them were facing the wrong way.
Hey! You most definitely can, that’s the beauty of Invisalign 😊 Whenever I needed to have my Aligners out for longer than usual I’d always try to make up the time and wear them as much as possible in the following days. Hope this helps and enjoy your celebration!! 🎉
Hey Ridu! Not sure I understand your question. The way that they’ll move your teeth depends on what they’re trying to fix (like crowding or spacing for example) Hope that helps!
This video is very informative and helpful but a bit deceiving. There is no way to “speed up” the therapy, only to stay on track and not prolong treatment. The video should be titled how to avoid prolonging treatment, which would be more accurate and honest. I got excited that you had some tricks to share to not have to deal with the regimen for the whole time, but I guess the orthodontist and Invisalign know how these work, so as not to set you up to be disappointed. I am doing EVERYTHING you suggest and pray for a good outcome after 13-14 months of this.
Hey GrotrianSeiler! I definitely understand where you’re coming from and yes, these are all tips to avoid prolonging treatment/avoiding refinements. Unfortunately for me, the RUclips algorithm prefers this kind of title. Hoping you still find some of these tips useful and wishing you all the best on your Invisalign journey! 💙☺️
I used a soft bristled toothbrush and natural toothpaste. Not 100% sure it helped, but I’ve never had any issues. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using a regular bristled toothbrush/spin brush too many times per day. Hope this helps! 😊
Accelerated tooth movement can be induced during orthodontics treatment by- 1) Accledent device, 2)avoid NSAIDS / pain medication, 3) laser, 4) surgeries which induce accelerated bone formation
My guy told me eating with the trays in speeds up the process, and to rinse them out after each meal. Also to properly clean them twice a day. I'm switching my trays every 5 days.
I think that the wearing for 22+ hours is a myth, I wear mine only for sleeping and they works just fine.. it’s true that even after a hour of not wearing them they can move but that’s only the first week.
I think it depends on the person. My teeth were super crowded and super stubborn. I found that if I didn’t wear them long enough earlier in my treatment they didn’t move as well. As my teeth got straighter though (and the more they got used to moving) the faster they moved. Interesting to think about though! 🤔
Hello, I recently discovered your videos and find them to be quite informative. However, I've been having problems with my invisalign for a few years. It's difficult for me to keep going and wear my invisalign for 22 hours a day. Normally, I would ignore it and not wear it at all. My orthodontist restarted my treatment after that happened, and it's been a couple of months. I'm still having trouble wearing my invisalign aligners every day, and I should be on my 20th tray or more by now. However, I'm just on my fourth tray and was hoping to find a solution to stay motivated to wear my invisalign aligners. I also chose invisalign because my dentist said I couldn't wear braces because of my jaw, therefore invisalign was my only option. So I'm hoping there's a simpler method to stay motivated because I dislike brushing and flossing after each meal. Also, if I do that, I usually run out of floss or mouthwash every week or so and have to keep buying new ones.
Hey Rahma! I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve been struggling to stay motivated 😔 Personally what kept me going was the TrayMinder app. Whenever I took my trays out the app would remind me to put them back in (it reminds you every few minutes so it’s almost impossible to forget). The app will also track your wear time and “score” you (green = good/over 22h) and that helped me because I hated seeing yellow or red on the calendar. Also looking at the end result on my ClinCheck and thinking about how beautiful my smile would be if I stuck with it was a huge thing for me. The thought of putting my Aligners back on with dirty teeth also made me feel super icky so I’d always brush and floss. If I’m being honest brushing/flossing after every meal was pretty exhausting so I’d only brush/ floss enough to where I felt my teeth were “clean enough” not the full 2 min and I found that that helped. Also trying to only eat at meal times helped because it meant less brushing/flossing. I used to water down my mouthwash as well because I’d go through it super fast. It sucks that your orthodontist has advised against traditional braces because it sounds like that would otherwise be a great solution for you. I’m going to make a community post to have people share what keeps them motivated and hopefully that will help provide some suggestions. Wishing you all the best as you continue your journey! You can do it 💙

How is your journey going..I had mi nes for a month...
Started my Invisalign journey this week. Great tips, especially on the speed up process. Hopefully it will work for me. Thanks.
Amazing tips! I’m so looking forward to starting my treatment next month. Thank you so much for your amazing tips!!!
Thank you so much! Congrats on taking the plunge, you won’t regret it ☺️💙
Your channel has gotten me through these first few days of my Invisalign 💕
You don’t know how happy that makes me 🥹💙 If there’s ever a question you have or a topic you’d like me to cover, definitely let me know!
I can’t brush right away after eating, it just makes me feel sick and like I’m going to puke. I have to use mouth wash after meals then rinse and put my retainers back in and then I usually brush a few hours after.
Thanks for the tips. As an Invisalign noob (started my treatment a week ago) this was super helpful! Congrats on your results, that's amazing!
Hey Ruben,
Super happy to help! Thank you 🥰 and I wish you all the best on your journey as well. I hope you results are better than you could hope for!
@@Shilique Thanks I really appreciate that! 😃
Excellent information! Thank you for all the good tips.

Invisalign is restrictive enough as it is, might as well not make it worse 😋
Wishing you all the best on the rest of your journey!
I'm definitely going to be careful myself. I heard that staining can occur as well on the nodules that help attach. Thank you for this video!
SAME. my dentist told me today when I had tray 1 installed that I can drink iced coffee (or any beverage without too much color) with my tray still in, as long as it's with a straw and instead of sipping on straw with my lips just make sure the straw passes through my teeth so that the liquid goes to the back of my mouth and not swishing around the front of my mouth.
Hey!
Sending good vibes your way, I hope everything goes smoothly for you too! 💙
@coeypuiping7915 how did you get on? I have some extractions and on day 3 now, still super painfull removing trays around missing spaces
Thank you for all these great tips! HOWEVER- THAT HAIR OF YOURS IS FREAKIN AMAZING!!!!!
Thank you sooooo much! You’re so sweet 🥰❤️
On the other hand, soft mushy foods that don't need much chewing or breaking down such as rice, pasta, watermelon and other non-chewy fruits, hard candy (don't bite it and make sure it's not dark and staining), soft bread,
If you ate the "safe" drinks or foods and didn't remove your aligners before that, be sure to at least brush your teeth aferwards
You’re so right! I feel like most people who have Invisalign do this at some point lol. I remember closer to the end of my treatment if I left my trays out too long I’d just leave them in while drinking my iced coffee in the morning 🙃
Probably not the best idea but it got the job done 😂😂
My treatment plan is for 7 days for each tray!

Also congrats on taking the first big step toward your beautiful new smile, I’m super excited for you 💙
I had invisilign. You're 100% accurate. I definitely lost weight on this. Lol.
Haha such a great side effect 😂
I can’t even wear mine since the dry mouth is so bad. 😭 any tips for that??? Ortho said just stick with it, but I can’t. I feel like I’m reacting to the plastic. After 24 hours without them in, the dry mouth gets better. It literally feels like my teeth are porous and coated.
Buying and using chewies has to be my number one tip because it accelerates my teeth tracking.
Ooo yes, I’m so glad that you mentioned this! I didn’t even think of that since I never used them during my treatment 😋
That’s really interesting! My ortho never even mentioned chewies, but just like you I never needed them either 😋
I started yesterday, the pressure feeling from the little dots on my teeth is the most uncomfortable part.

I actually didn’t use chewies during my treatment. They weren’t recommended by my ortho and I didn’t feel I needed them. I’m pretty sure I talked about it in a video, I’ll take a look and give you the link if I can find it ☺️
I talk about them about 2 and a half minutes in on this video: ruclips.net/video/sOayF3KE7hY/видео.html (Invisalign 101: Tracking - what does it mean?)
Hope this helps and all the best on your Invisalign journey!! 💙
@@Shilique thank you.. I appreciate it 😊

Hey! So sorry for the late reply, but I’m super glad that I was able to help. I hope everything is going well with your treatment 💙
Same! I have 28 trays total and I’m instructed to change dem every 2 weeks! Thats dragging the process. I’m wrapping up week one and I’m considering switching them a few days early. Maybe a day or 2
I figured you would have mentioned using the chewies!
Funny enough, my ortho didn’t recommend them! Not that he had an issue with them, he just didn’t think they were necessary. A lot of people swear by them for Invisalign though so I’d say they’re probably worth a try 😋
i just got mines , and also Your so pretty 😭
Yay, congrats on starting your journey! I hope your results are better than you could ever imagine 😋
Also thank you so much 🥺💙
How do you eat in the 2 hours because you need to wait at least 10 minutes to clean your teeth.
My orthodontist didn’t advise against brushing right after meals, but I’d say to do whatever is best for you
Hope this helps! ☺️
This is so helpful. Thank you so much!
So glad I could help! 😊
Hey Cindy!
Thank you so much 😊
I technically didn’t have to do any extractions for Invisalign, but I did have my wisdom teeth removed a few months before I started my treatment (they were impacted and my teeth were crowded so I decided to get them removed).

I try to leave mine on if I am not eating or brushing.
Hi thanks for the video what's the difference between tray minder and my Invisalign app? It also has a tracker I think
Hey Michelle!
I just found that TrayMinder was more user friendly and easier to use to than the Invisalign app.
I'm 8 weeks in (Tray 4) and can't honestly see a difference yet, should i be worried?
I also have 4th tray
@@reshmakhan_khan5910 Do you see any difference?
Congrats on starting your Invisalign journey! Don’t be too worried if you don’t see big changes right away. It took a few trays for me to really start seeing a difference. Not every tooth is being shifted with each tray, and I found that I saw the biggest difference when my really crooked teeth were being moved.

@@Shilique Thank you!
congrats! can you be more specific on the "not too disciplined" part?
Ortho vs dentist - what do you think?
Personally I’d say ortho since they’re specialized, but if you can find a dentist that seems knowledgeable then I don’t see the problem with that either. I think Invisalign certified dentists and orthodontists have a rating (gold, silver, platinum, etc) on the Invisalign website which can be good for helping you choose as well.

I'd add, munch on the chewies when you put the trays back in and just before the night's sleep.
Don't leave the trays in the car.
do you have your teeth extracted before invisalign?
Hey! I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed a while before I started Invisalign. It wasn’t actually related to my treatment though, I had them taken out because of how much crowding I had and the fact that some of them were facing the wrong way.
Smart girl
Excellent, thank you!
Great video. Can i afford to removed my trays for 4-6 hours for one day as I have a celebration tomorrow?
Hey!
You most definitely can, that’s the beauty of Invisalign 😊
Whenever I needed to have my Aligners out for longer than usual I’d always try to make up the time and wear them as much as possible in the following days.
Hope this helps and enjoy your celebration!! 🎉
Thanks for your reply this helps. Take care

Hi ! How they moving the bottom teeth? Forward ?
Hey Ridu!
Not sure I understand your question. The way that they’ll move your teeth depends on what they’re trying to fix (like crowding or spacing for example)
Hope that helps!
I'm doing invisalign but is it harmful to your enamel to brush alot like that?
I used a soft bristled toothbrush and natural toothpaste. Not 100% sure it helped, but I’ve never had any issues.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend using a regular bristled toothbrush/spin brush too many times per day.
Hope this helps! 😊

My pleasure! Hoping your Invisalign treatment flies by 😊💙
Accelerated tooth movement can be induced during orthodontics treatment by- 1) Accledent device, 2)avoid NSAIDS / pain medication, 3) laser, 4) surgeries which induce accelerated bone formation
My guy told me eating with the trays in speeds up the process, and to rinse them out after each meal. Also to properly clean them twice a day. I'm switching my trays every 5 days.
Whoa, that’s so weird! Maybe things have changed since I did mine, but there was a warning on the actual Invisalign box not to eat with them in 😅
I think that the wearing for 22+ hours is a myth, I wear mine only for sleeping and they works just fine.. it’s true that even after a hour of not wearing them they can move but that’s only the first week.
I think it depends on the person. My teeth were super crowded and super stubborn. I found that if I didn’t wear them long enough earlier in my treatment they didn’t move as well. As my teeth got straighter though (and the more they got used to moving) the faster they moved. Interesting to think about though! 🤔
Ricky, I agree with you
Hello, I recently discovered your videos and find them to be quite informative.
Hey Rahma!
I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve been struggling to stay motivated 😔
Personally what kept me going was the TrayMinder app.
You can do it 💙
You need better discipline & habits.
Ifthe cost and results don't motivate you, nothing would.
Is also not about motivation, is about decision
Lol very true 😅😮💨
Did you have to remove any teeth?
