I like that she has a pilothouse, very handy for those nasty weather passages so you don’t have to be outside getting soaked with blowing freezing rain! Does she have a furnace &/or air conditioning? I am surprised to not see any wind generators for charging at night! Don’t forget to have fun!!
+Sailing with Terrapin Thanks for coming back to reply. In consideration of the past year, what tips or info spring to mind about sailing and the boat that could be useful to us to know?
Trish and I are blown away with the amount of space under deck! Will be adding Dufour to our list of boats to keep an eye on.
Ran across your page while interviewing another sailing family that is interested in this style boat. Nice tour. thumbs up
Love the way you planned your boat. Really feels home and warm. Those engines last forever! Don't touch it til it needs it.....
Great boat, safe cruising and most of all have fun!!!
Beautiful boat! Congratulations! Keep up the good work and make it count!
Beautiful boat! Will be following your travels!
Excellent tour of your boat.
Wow, very cool...Thanks for the tour.
The boat looks solid, very nice.
absolutely the best floor plan yet !!!!
Wicked boat, just got myself a 1980 Westerly :)
All sailboats should have this much of a functional layout and storage, wow.
Great vid. Good luck, be safe and have fun!
Best boat ever imo 😮

Nice boat well laid out, bummer no shower, you can probably rig an outdoor one !!!!

Great video, very informative and well narrated. could you let us know how you deal with mooring the boat and the typical costs etc. ?
Richard Oram Hey there! Head to our blog www.sailingwithterrapin.com for our Cost to Cruise which covers a few years worth of cruising costs.

If you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for it?
Same question...
👍👍👍
So... Where are you now?
second season of sailing in the Sea of Cortez
Sailing with Terrapin where do you keep all the bootlegs ?
What do you mean European bathroom is using a sink both as sink and shower?!
Nice video though!
How much money does it cost to park the boat and does that include electricity and water.
By "park"....you mean on dry land? We're currently on the hard in Mexico for about $150 per month...water and electric included.
No in the water.
When we dock a boat in Mexico it usually costs between $12-$42 and includes both electric and water. FONATUR is always the cheapest
$12.00 to $42.00 is pretty good with electric and water.
Dumbledore never been at sea
Does this boat have a grow room?
Alex P no don't need one anymore legal!
17:30 like european bathrooms ? the sink is your shower ?? really ??! have you EVER been in europe ?? nowhere here is the sink also the shower !!
nice !!
I am an European but I never had a sink as a shower. Only on boats. its more a Asian thing I would guess.
Same here ^^. Maybe it is common in some part of GB ? they have some strange ideas for those kind of things.
What?!!
off shore put the dink on fire deck trust me..
yes I agree, quite a bit of weight on the structure with the boards etc at that height.
