Recipe:
Place pork hocks in roasting dish, cover with Epicure's speedy lasagna seasoning and diced vegetables. (I used carrots, mushrooms, and fennel) add canned stewed tomatoes to cover everything and bake in a 180 Celsius oven until vegetables are fork tender.
