Thanks for making these videos available. I did exactly what you said but my TI-84 Plus kept on giving me an error message. I even turned off the Stats Wizard as if I was using a TI-83, but still got an error message. So frustrating. I don't know what's wrong with this calculator!
Giovanna RP mosty of the time when my students get an error message it's either that they hit the subtraction sign instead of the negative (which is to the left of enter) or they used alpha E instead of hitting 2nd comma to get the blue EE. Let me know if either of those don't fix it.

Are you doing the same questions I did or a different question? Sometimes the area is so small the calculator will have to give it in scientific notation. If it's the same ones that I am doing, go to mode, make sure that you have NORMAL selected and not SCI. If SCI is highlighted it will give all answers in scientific notation. Also, make sure FLOAT is selected.

Without seeing the problem, it's hard to advise. Typically, you would find each individually or you would be finding area between.
I tried inputting the same numbers with the same normalcdf and I keep getting a syntax error
Are you using the subtract instead of negative? That will give an error
why am i getting an error when i try to find the z values on a ti-84?
Did you use alpha E instead of 2nd comma to get the E? Did you use the subtraction button instead of the negative? Both of those will give an error.

Make sure you are using negative and not subtraction. If not that try clearing your memory
