1. Plan towards it
2. Be Frugal and minimal on spending ( don't buy why you don't need)
3. Build an emergency fund
4 . Save money towards retirement
(Roth IRA/401k)
5. Save to invest, this is most important because it's a proven way to get richer. Very important to financial success

I made a list like 3 years ago in detail of what I wanted my life to be like, from my relationships, finances, etc.
And in that moment I felt like it was impossible but I’m going to try anyway.
3 years later I’ve accomplished every goal on that list if not over accomplished them and I’m so grateful for the life I have now!
Right down to the dog I would have!

Your story is similar to mine! I bought my first home with my partner 2 months ago at age 23. They already had received an offer from another couple when we called but we still decided to drive 2 hours away to visit that property. As soon as we stepped in it we felt like home. It was exactly what I was praying God to send my way and in the city I wanted to move to. Two days later, we received a call from the realtor saying the other offer had been rejected. We are now the new owners and couldn’t feel more blessed. Watching this video Hailey, I can feel the good energy you exhude and the faith you have in God. In my opinion that is the exact reason why you are and will continue to be blessed💗

Closing on My Dream House in 3 weeks did it all on my own, therefore no one can ask me to move or sell early or at all.
