- After years of using different water systems I think I've finally found the best overland water system and the key is the @DometicOfficial Faucet amzn.to/3XBPXne (affiliate), Silicone tubing amzn.to/3sPgbHw (affiliate).
Thank you for your help in supporting the channel!

Nice idea, I like your presentation. Thanks! Glad to find your channel
Thank you!
Great video. Where did you get the long tank from?
Thank you! It's from Ironman4x4.
Thank you for the video it was great to watch. I've tried the same exact things as you have and felt the same way about all that equipment used. And as I was watching toward the end it's like you read my mind. I have the LifeSaver tank and still wanted to utilize it somehow and I thought the exact same thing. I'm going to simply attach it to the end and pump it thru the filter, leave the valve open, and let the Dometic pull from there. Seems like it should work in theory. Let us know how it works out for you and how you set it up.
Glad to hear I’m not alone!
I took a little time off but I think I’m going to start again by finishing this project off. Thank you for the reminder and for watching/commenting!
Excellent- Would be great if they had a bigger model for showering...
That would be nice. An even better idea, integrated water filter.
It’s surprising that Jeremy Renner also does Overlanding!
You caught me!
Love this! I’ve been researching for my new business vehicle for about 18+ months, and I’ve gone all over the place. Pickup with an Alu Cab Canopy Camper & their 13 gallon tank? 4Runner with a rooftop tent? Since I’ll be on the road & the vehicle will both carry my gear + be my home on the road, I think this setup with the 4Runner has been the best so far (for my use profile). I’ll be doing this, and I’ll send a picture when I get it set up this summer. Great job! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Single port inlet? How about in colder weather, tee in your warm tank( roof rack) with a control valve.. more capacity as well . Just a thought..
Interesting though.
that dometic Go is way over priced, i used a $12 one from amazon and 3d printed a bottom with magnet to basically do the same thing i have about $20 max if you count the time to design the print lol. great video though the tank looks awesome and very thought out
I have no doubt something similar can be built cheaper. But what I'll say is with all the little features packed into it and the functionality it has, it's a nice little faucet.
Glad you enjoyed the video!
I hope you install a separate cut off valve. We have the same setup, and ours started leaking, I put a cut off valve and it solved the problem plus we put a rv filter on it
I do have a separate cut off for it. But I do not have the RV filter, that’s a good idea.
Is that tank see through where you can visually check the level?
It is not. I sure wish it was though!
Got one of these today for back of tub fits between the wheel well with enough room for the pump
Great video, this is exactly what I was looking for without spending a ton of money. We are currently using the 7 gallon tanks and they are too big to be moving around all the time.
Happy to hear you found the info useful!
what tank is that the long gray tank
Where did you get the new tank?
Ironman 4x4.
Hey man! I love your concept. Can you provide a link to the tubing you used?
Glad you like it! Here's the link amzn.to/3sPgbHw, I've added it to the description as well.
