Geez you are blimmin awesome Kuba.
Running the same split, with the difference that bicep is at the beginning of Push, and Triceps at the beginning of Pull, as arms are a focus. As far as stimulus: fatigue: recovery ratio is concerned, I'd say this split is absolutely spot on for someone advanced. I also don't see myself deviating from it any time soon, since training on weekends is a non-issue for me either.

For my upcoming offseason I wanna improve chest, delts, arms and hams. Would you still recommend this setup with Push pull off legs off and solely adjust the volume to my weakpoints or would you rather consider another split/setup?
