I appreciate it a lot that just because the triggers are switching, you're not making the triggers fast and/or aggressive like so many of the other videos labeled for ADHD do. I want slow soft asmr I just want it to switch up pretty often because I can't focus
As a person with ADHD this is an asmr that I can actually watch without getting bored normally I would just be scrolling through lots of different ones and click off it within 10 seconds 😂

Something I think is massively underdone is classic tapping! Most asmrists think of it as overrated and overdone, so it’s really hard to come across any decent videos of it. I’d love if you could make a video dedicated to scratching and tapping with long acrylics! It’s always satisfying and puts me right to sleep! See you in the morning! xx

I've been having massive sleep problems for the last month as I haven't slept during the night, and got frequent anxiety attacks and even some panic ones, which turned my sleep schedule upside down so I sleep in sometimes even on schooldays. I've been having massive sleep problems for the last month as I haven't slept during the night, and got frequent anxiety attacks and even some panic ones, which turned my sleep schedule upside down so I sleep in sometimes even on schooldays. This video is the first time in maybe 3 months that I've felt sleepy and relaxed during the night, thanks 🩵
