Hello guys, I just figured it out. If the eSIM option isn't showing it is most definitely because your phone is a dual physical sim. I just did mine and it worked. Check your sim tray

Remove phiscal sim card first. Worked on iPhone 12, 18 ios
No this not a problem remove your physical sim and check it will maybe it dual sim because I have my own now and my problem solved thanks to everyone .

After contacting Apple Support, they say I had hardware failure that is why eSIM option is missing and recommend me to visit any Apple Service centers to have a physical check.
