My Esim got deleted by me

Reset all settings hopefully you will get back the eSIM option in settings! If not then consider updating your iPhone to the latest iOS version. Hope one of these work for you.

I am still using it on my iPhone 11. So, you can do it. I don't thing this has any problem!
