Along with reiterating the comment that this pedal like would go below the range of the pedals, it might be worth adding that the use of 16’ pipes in the pedal division means that the pedal will sound an octave lower than written. 32’ pipes will sound two octaves lower than written. Only large organs have 32’ pipes, but very large organs can have 64’ pipes which sound three octaves lower than written. But very large pipes take a long time to speak. For the kind of sound you are looking for with extremely deep pedal this would be done with registrations, but wouldn’t work with moving pedal lines very well. You can use very low registrations for long notes but for a melodic line in the pedal it will sound extremely muddy on an acoustic organ. Hope that helps!

It's a good piece but the pedel part is written too low. The lowest note on pedals is C2 or the C two octaves below middle C.
