I think they are both beautiful musicians! Who shared a beautiful show together. Its offensive that people turn something beautiful in spirit to some sort of battle of who is better. Im thankful for the gift of joy that music brings and for these two beautiful song birds!! Thank you Beautiful Goddesses!!! keep on shining!! Love and Light🌟💖
This is very nostalgic for me, this tour (not this specific show) was the first time I ever heard or saw Brandi play, and I fell in love with her music. I went excited to see Sheryl Crow, but I left wanting Brandi's CD (The merch table sold out before I could get one). Now I go to see her every chance I get. :)
I have often said that the heir apparent to Sheryl Crow for heavy hitting well written strong female rock and roll is Brandi Carlile. I think these type of moments will someday be collectable classics, a moment when two of the greatest female rockers overlaped. They do sound good together.
I'm in love with the fact that even the band knew who had the song on this one. Their energy picked up when Brandi was singing. For more obvious proof, watch the guitarist.
I agree. Only Sheryl could have written a song like this, it's not Brandi's style nor anyone else's. I just meant that at THIS show Sheryl seemed to be "dialing it in" and having seen her live multiple times she has much more energy than this even with this song. Brandi gave it the energy that Sheryl normally did.
A lot of older comments praising Brandie (whom I love) while slighting Sheryl (who I also love). This happens a lot. Someone writes a song (Sheryl) and the new blood takes it to another place (Brandi). However, if Sheryl hadn't written the original, which I loved when it came out, Brandi would not even be performing with her. This whole debate is like comparing lead guitarists, etc. It's a matter of preference. And for the record, I give Sheryl the nod since she penned it.
+Jason A Totally agree with you, Brandi rocks, I discovered her a few months ago and since that day keep on being addict; She is so charismatic ans her vocal mastery is absolutely incredible.
I have much respect for Sheryl Crow but Brandi Carlile along with the Hanseroth twins write all their own music either together or separately at times. Brandy does some great covers but it's her original music that is the best!
I think Brandi is the best female rock singer today. Period.
Brandi could literally sing in an arena, without mics, and the back of the house would still hear it !. And we remember the pindrop tour
Love women supporting other women...that’s always how it should be!

I agree!!!!!!!
I agree also! 👍👍
Two of my favorite singers! 💕
I love just about anything that Brandi does, she is my new idol, she takes any song and makes it into platinum.
THANK YOU!!!
Brandi has so much energy! Loved it!!
Excellent. Great music from all involved. No one is better than anyone else!!!! They all contribute to a wonderful piece of music.

Their voices blend absolutely perfectly together :-)
Beautiful songbirds
brandi ...great job, sheryl has great talent and one of the things she does best is sing harmony. not everyone can do it.
They just did this again at the Gorge!
Sheryl Crow is a talented musician, but I have to say, with all respect, Brandi stole the show.
Brandi looking 😍😍😍
Essas duas juntas são um espetáculo.🌟 Vozes maravilhosas!💖
Very nice!
Ouch that is great!
excellent!!!
Que buenas son!! Brandi le da un toque especial, magníficas!
Sheryl is serving very Lucinda Williams vibes
With all due respect to Ms. Crow...Ms. Carliles voice is much stronger. Good luck to her tmr night at the Grammy Awards!
Brandi is younger, that's really the long and short of it

You ignore the fact that Brandi wouldn't be singing if Sheryl hadn't written it! Sort of an important point....

Brandi
This is a great pair of artists. I wish she would let brandi sing more. Brandi kicks love cheryl but cheryl look out brandi gonna kick it out!!#
🖤💞

If it makes you happy:)
Did we wake you up Sheryl?
Is sheryl drunk ?
Omg im so in love with Brandi.... I knw shes not into men.. I dont care. I love her
Hah, Brandi looks like she's enjoying it more thatn Sheryl. Still, they're great!
why is aragorn playing the keyboard
Brandi makes the vid and Sheryl Crow can't hold a candle to her.
Its pretty bad when the "accompanying singer" (Brandi) has to do the higher vocals haha. She was definitely the best part of this performance
Sabrina Costain
Is this how it works in your head? There's a prize and it goes to the one who sings the highest notes?
I'm not sure Brandi had to sing the higher notes for Sheryl, rather Sheryl stepped aside and let her guest singer take the melody.
They’re such different vocalists. Both FAB. People like you, deciding a winner and a loser...so unnecessary and immature.
Or, you know, she was showcasing another talented, younger, stronger voice and specifically picked this song to do so.
Is it just me or does it bother anyone else that Brandi keeps her arm behind her back? :D
Sheryl has nothing on Brandi. Sorry but Brandi is so much more. I listen to someone who shouldn't have the fame she does and one who deserves it.
+Jason A Totally agree with you, Brandi rocks, I discovered her a few months ago and since that day keep on being addict; She is so charismatic ans her vocal mastery is absolutely incredible.
Sorry. Gotta' disagree. Everyone stands on the shoulders of those who came before. That said, I love them both.
Singers, don't sing off axis. You will be accused of sounding less than...
One major difference is Sheryl wrote her own songs. Sheryl is also a cancer survivor. Just saying.
R F all respect to Sheryl Crow. I don't think there should be a contest here. But you need to know Brandi writes her own music also

Hmmmm.. I much preferred when Brandi was backing Sheryl. I don't mean vocally, I just mean the production.
Brian Johson sounded pretty good, but he ain't no Sheryl Crow.
"If it makes u happy, it can´t be that bad" - tell that to a serial killer or pedo victim... (dark, dark humour...)
Not good performances by either of them. Both would have been kicked of any talent show.
