Most people applaud Hakjin and Gyoik because they do the more dynamic part of plays but I have to say that I am very impressed with Oh Manseok who has consistently done a pretty good job defending on most of their games. I've never seen him show hesitance in receiving even the more powerful spikes. He's proven to be more agile and generally a better asset than some of the younger members who should have better reflexes and stronger tenacity.

I agree that Oh Man Seok is very wonderful and impressive, esp. most teammates are younger than him. He is crucial for the team's performance.

As I digger, I tend to appreciate the efforts of the setter and the digger who are the unsung heroes of volleyball. I guess, in team sports, the attacker is always seen as the hero of the play. Same goes with basketball but people do not understand that the best offense is a good defense. Without good defense, the spiker won't be able to make his/her moves. It is a team effort.
And Hodong should learn to put one foot forward as he dives to lengthen the body in order to get a spike. As many have observed, he is like a rock planted in one place which is great for wrestling but not for volleyball LOL.
Best moment when the crowd went crazy during Ryohei's time to serve. And the caption too is a bang! "It's good timing for Ryohei". It's like a main event everyone's been waiting for and they treat his serve as a powerful weapon so they can advance about 2~3 points. The guy remained humble and focused on his serve. He deserves all the hype though 💖
It's so nice seeing how jota keeps growing on this show. Just like the pro girl volleyball player said, he has the most potential to improve and you can really see how he gets better & better every week. I'm also glad that the team seems to trust him more now, by letting him recieve the balls instead of trying to cover him. He always looks so proud whenever he gets the ball or helps them make a point. Same goes with the team, you can see how proud they are of him 😊
People don't give enough credit to Manseok for his defense moves, all his digs. The Cool Kiz did really well tho despite having lost. When the ball hit the coach and they made the whole scene about it lol. Next week's episode on the beach ;)

+keesya7 Well I don't think that it was bias after watching twice, if it was it was toward gyoik for the 20 first minutes of the match and it was normal. Gyoik is a new member and he is doing well so he needs attention now or people will take time round recognize his contribution in the play.
For the rest of the match it was well done, great attack from Hakjin, his problems too, everyone cheering before ryohei's serves, the great combinaison Ryohei Jaeyoon, awesome dig from manseok and Kangnam, even Jota was present at the right moment.
And Hodong, who encouraged the team very very well at the end.
A little disappointment for Sleepy screen time, though but overall, a good job from the editing team.
And an another great game from CoolKiz and the Blue team.
they must focused one by one not only stick to only one or two person..
In team sports, it is always the attacker who gets the limelight but not the defender. I was a good digger and was tasked by our coach to always get the first ball as much as possible to pass it to the setter. No matter how hard the ball came, I made it my goal to pass it properly to the setter to make our play but as usual, it is our spiker who got the cheers LOL. The same goes with basketball. At least for soccer, the goalie gets some credit. We learned to accept this unfair view from the watchers.
With Gyoik, the team es even better! The game was so thrilling!!!

Volleyball is about connection, the team that doesn't connect loses. ManSeok is doing a great job but he needs help from the defensive line.
At first I was like, man, they haven't made mention of Jota's eating? and then not even 10 seconds later they do a whole scene of it ahaha

To be able to hang with these type of caliber players is impressive for Cool Kiz (minus the mental breakdown in the 2nd game).
ikr. just how much the amount of training they have done for an amateur team to play such a game.. well some of them are semi pro level but still as a new team they are playing like an old team..
doesn't matter win or lose...its a game...I'm proud all of you guys...you're not athlete but the spirit and teamwork make you to this point..

lol yeah i mean he's entertaining and all and i usually really like his fighting spirit, but i find it annoying whenever he makes a mistake but blames the others, especially with Kangnam or when others can't catch the ball and he tries to give them lectures of how they should've cought the ball when in reality he's by far the least talented one in the Team...

Khairil Yusuf well guess what, in a show like this it’s expected of the members to be athletic. Kang ho dong isn’t and even if you try to justify that his sense of humor makes up for his lack of athleticism it doesn’t because honestly he isn’t even that funny he just insults other people and makes unnecessary comments. And like you said, he isn’t an athlete then what gives him the right to lecture the other members who are way better than him. Also no one expects him to be an MVP, we just want someone who actually knows how to play well and even if they mess up they should own up to their mistakes instead of blaming other people like kang ho dong does. He is also incredibly annoying if I may add, did you notice when the other players and coach were praising hakjin for his receiving skills and ho dong interrupts and insists that the whole team should take credit for hakjins receive . Overall he may be a good entertainer for some people ( not me ) but he doesn’t suit this type of show at all.
@@Andrea-pi6ug @Anonymous Me Yes, it needs being athletic but it doesn't mean they've got to be an expert/pro in that certain sport. If you watch other eps, you'll see that they cast members with no experience to little experienced members. Same applies for Hodong. If you also play volleyball or if you're a fan of the sport, you'll know that the words of Hodong makes sense. It's not scolding or being naggy. That's how he contributes to the team. Him being imperfect makes the other members' improvement shine as well. (specially those who are new to variety shows). Afterall, this show is not all about winning.
P.s. Hodong is athletic. Just not good with volleyball.
It felt like they didn't use Gyoik enough when attacking.... and really the back needs to be more alert, although they are playing each game better ♥

Hakjin - always the best but to much pressured for him to make score but relax now because gyoik come..
gyoik - new ace came... we can call dark ace... when a ace ( hakjin) is down so gyoik come..
ryohei - not to much comment... setter and serve ace number 1 and can be dark quick attck..
jaeyeon - improved when attack but his still have to learn now when timing to play...like a coach said...
donghyuk - not come this ep but lack in target attck but power attck very power...
manseok - sorry to say... for me manseok should be a leader because his can be handle the defense and of course the great digs...
jota - like a coach said, jota always dont know where his should be when attck or def but alerts when ball came..
kangnam - even he still lack in volleyball but sometime his can be a "dark angle" for rival with his catch ball... but his weak is lack of alerts ball come..
hodong - great receive but to much weak like a not to alerts, hard to move but can give energy to team
sleepy - hmmmm..... what i can see... sleepy dont know where is he now.... he look like loss contact with team.... not focus too... sleepy should more focus because he and hodong always hope manseok digs ball in their position... sleepy should know defense number 1 is focus...

yay jinyoung 😁 its gud to c cool kiz added new capable player. his built n his white shirt just reminded me of sjk though 😁. my complaint is only for the sleepy guy that talk a lot but mostly stuck to the floor when playing . the volleyball coach rather easy on the slow poke guys compare to other sport coach

Annoyed by the fact that Hodong is just talking a lot he does not even move for a bit, unlike Hakjin, Hakjin even tho he knows that he'll be hurt he stills run to the ball to catch it.. Being an ace is a pressure, I know it because I am a volleyball captain and ace yet I make mistakes but my members move a lot. Hodong only knows to talk..

You could tell Hakjin really wanted to win this one. First time I saw being that stressed about the game. Well, like coach said, it has new adjustments this time so it's not easy.

I have the same with my team. Our first set is almost always 10 times better then out second set and then the next sets are again super good!
