I’m having an issue with iPad Air 2 on iOS 11.4.1, But I’m using the program and it tells me to unplug the usb cable and reinsert it again, and every time i follow these instructions? Sometimes it just doesn’t work.

Try getting another usb cable , preferably a original iphone usb cable ,if that doesnt help ,try using 3utools to unlock
