I use the commands show bloom and show deferredlighting witch gets rid of shadows and stuff and then I use Gamma 4 to make the game bright

The letter doesn't spawn on console unless you first hit the restart button (if you're on console then I have a guide dedicated to only console on my channel, this one is for pc)

You can get an old version of mobile to speedrun for free on the speedrunning server. If you want to speedrun on pc you need to have bought the game on steam.
If you wanna join the hello neighbor speedrunning discord server I would suggest Googling it because links are weird and expire after a bit
