It would be great if it actually looked like that when you did exactly that; however, when I exported the inventory, mine opened an entire list of our current inventory. Tried to download the "Inventory Template" which resulted in a blank page.
It happened to me as well and I was able to fix it. The file that downloads has to .xlsx and .txt ending confusing the computer how to open it. I simply renamed the file and deleted the.txt and it works fine. Hope this helps.
