What a load of crap, none of there installers do this , cables are visible across pavements and up walls were we live , visible in people's soil boarders
They did professionally job at my Mums house but cowboy job at mine just running the cable across the lawn with green tubing to cover the coaxial cable into the wall with no brown box to cover the external entry point 🤦🏼♂️
ha ha they didn't even bother fitting it through any tubing at my place, and because of that it was cut through by a gardener and i had to fix the broadband part with f connectors
The Virgin installer dented and scratched our BMW coursing about £900. Half a brick fell out of the wall he was drilling on to car parked on the drive. Virgins response was to send us a bill for £300 for cancelling our unsigned contract as they refused to except responsibility for the damage.
