Humility and accountability are the way to go. Some current drivers should learn from Jr. He's THE MAN.

Whenever Dale Jr. gives his two cents, even if I disagree I’ll always hear him out.
Junior’s contributions to the NASCAR world since getting out of the car have been greater than what he’s accomplished inside of the car in my opinion

Great job Kenny letting Dale answer uninterrupted. Whether NASCAR knows it or not he saved them 22 years ago not only by staying but being the man he is today.

Dale pretty powerful. But so humble. I think we are so fortunate that he loves and enjoys racing so much . He has alot respect from his peers. Other drivers should follow his lead. What Jr thinks has alot of pull. And he cares about direction.

Seems to me everything is a double edged sword. It probably was tough trying to please his dad and wondering if he ever could. But here he sits as a man and it is that very thing that makes him humble, introspective and keeps him growing. I am so grateful to have him in the sport and just in the world. Listen to him young men. He's speaking wisdom. Thanks Herman! Love your channel!

I would love to work with Dale jr. I've got experience on radio and marketing. I live in kannapolis. I used to live right down the street from Kenny Wallace. He used to have a yearly garage sale and we bought a few tires from him. I got to interview Dale after he won the Pepsi 400 in 2001. He came to Seattle for the MLB all star game and I was on air out there at the time. Seems like I just missed my chances to work with the fellas

As a very staunch 63 yr old Sr fan with every imaginable souvenir in my collection. I will say this i would highly doubt Sr would have the same impact as Jr. He was polarizing and while he had the clout I think he would have lacked the charisma Jr has.

Mike Helton when in his 20's used to be a radio dj in Bristol, Va. He also coached little league/pee wee baseball. I happen to be 8-9 years old on the teams he coached, Hardee's and Plaza Exxon which is a gas station just a few miles north of the Bristol track.

Listen Jr. You are Nascar royalty. I know you didn't ask for it. Be smart you need accept that and roll with it or shut it down. You are in a position that we as normal people can't ever understand. Great for you. Just be yourself. Luv y'all. You should be the face of NASCAR.

Dale runs a great business, had a very good racing career, and is an Icon in the sport.I think Dale has a voice in NASCAR,he has access,to the most powerful men in NASCAR but he is not the most powerful man in NASCAR.And that is fine with him.All I can say is what a fine, smart, funny, blue collar guy Dale is,and Dale ,his Dad would be busting with pride.Dale Earnhardt, may have been sort of an absent father,as is army families, construction workers, ettc.some people have to be away to chase their dream or their profession, but Dale sure instilled the right ways and manners his children have. Some may say Dale Earnhardt was a great Dad,I would. You can't be your kids friend until you finish raising them, then you get to enjoy them.Little E has the racing world in his corner and the sky is the limit with that dude.

This 72 year old, who dates back to racing involvement at Greenville-Pickens in 1970, wishes NASCAR influencers would impress upon the sanctioning body the error of “coming out” in support of homosexuality. They would not have raised anyone’s ire by NOT issuing a press release recognizing gay pride month over the past couple of years. No reason to involve NASCAR in that politically divisive issue.
