The video got released after Cassie’s civil trial being introduced as evidence then. The prosecution won’t need that tape for evidence since it only opened the door to give the FBI & Homeland security to further investigate. It’s public record, nothing the defense can do about it.
They actually can’t use it as evidence anyways. It’s well past the statute of limitations at this point. So idk what Stephen A. is talking about.
If they find the feds leaked it they can call for a mistrial or to get a conviction overruled.
