Yea the new content in some ways is a downgrade. Full respecs with an ongoing timer is insane. Before when it was in the shop - it made sense. Now? Terrible. This is why I wanted them to add something that adds a bit more time that scales with the amount of players.
I am super in favor of the recent changes. If you can decide on the build before you even start and then force it successfully almost every time, then there is really no point in the game being a roguelike. At least on the highest difficulty you should be forced to play with what you get and the fever the things that are guaranteed the better. The game is moving in the right direction imo.
@@Rosentuller I like the changes a lot too, the randomness of the map will now make every game feel a lot more different than before where it was mainly what quest you had that made it different. But I kinda disagree with the build thing as they’ve added the astral shrine and more rerolls, seems like they wouldn’t keep adding ways to get rerolls in this game if they didn’t want use to have certain builds, and for the highest difficulty with modifiers, you really need a good build working
Yeah could do more with the other locations if that was the case, would also be harder to complete the map so you'd have to make more of a decision on what to skip

you're right every fix they do is an indirect nerf to some and a buff to Aladdin. Every patch and update is a buff to Aladdin. Shop changes? buff to Aladdin Horn of Plenty rework? buff to Aladdin Humpty confirmed an omelette? Buff to Aladdin we get to use him more Jokes aside they need to fix fairy wing it sometimes doesn't proc
About the sound effects, I was wondering why Gust from Carmilla sounded weird, I thought they made it stronger, but it turned out to be just a sound issue.

If the feather/xp spot would be in the shop, it would be so much better

some people see things as they are and ask why. ace sees a key boss and asks "can i sneak this?"

@@LmaoJizo I think it’s going to make most runs a lot more random and enjoyable because that, but there isn’t a huge consistency with runs now
I was wondering the same on XP from the blood ritual. Looks like around 700 total between both waves of enemies.

@@positive4ce so many times it is "locked" in a red area and the key boss or locked chest is green or yellow. A bit odd game design i think.
