  • Near the heart of Maine and in the bitter cold of winter, century-old traditions endure thanks to the Wiscasset, Waterville and Farmington Railway, Maine Locomotive Works and Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad. For the first time in one hundred years, these survivors from Maine's narrow gauge railroad history were reunited for a special event: The 2020 Grand Reunion.

The Wiscasset, Waterville & Farmington Railway Museum, Inc., is a non-profit organization established in 1989 to acquire, preserve, and restore the operation of narrow gauge railroads and equipment which operated in the Sheepscot Valley and on other roads and to establish a Museum for the display of artifacts for enlightenment and education of the general public concerning the social and economic impact of railroads on the communities served. All of the proceeds generated by these events will be used to support the Museum's mission and projects preserving the WW&F Railway.
