    Why the collector-emitter junction of Q3 is not consider in thevenin equivalent circuit calculation?

      Not sure if I understand your question, because there is not a direct PN junction between collector and emitter. if you mean Voltage between collector and emitter (VCE) then this is what is done: VCE=VD1+VBE = 2VD
