While trying to move the speaker the aux cable was plugged in so the aux cable came out broken, i can still plug in an aux but the sound is not the same. I tried taking the remains out with a pen and a glue now no cable go in. Should i repace the aux input? Can you tell which one i should buy and how to.
Do you know why, when I install the STU for my Soundtouch 20 WIFI, when start, sound a noise and dont reproduce music, and when i try to install the firmware (STU 20 II) only install up to 50% and freeze...
bose server have problem ! many persion have the same your problem 50% and freeze ! and can not fix this problem ! you can conntact to Bose service center in your country for change new dsp main board !

Yes you can. There are 2 FFC ribbons connecting buttons/lcd to wifi module so remove top and front carefully. You can unplug FFC ribbons and re-insert after cleaning.

My soundtouch 20 won't turn on. I have tried factory reset but nothing happens. I checked 250v accros big capacitor. Any idea?
hight volt on big capacitor = 300volt
