Unfortunately you can’t change her outfit in game. And I think they just reused a song from Y0. this mode is just Karaoke recall, so you can play the music without button action. I don’t know If you know about story of Yakuza series, but in terms of timeline, this game is almost 20 years later from Y0. So she’s probably in her 40s in this game. And part of this club management is fully remake and added story which wasn't in Yakuza 2. So I think her appearance in this game is just for fans who really enjoyed Y0.

This song btw is in Yakuza 0 and her voice is the same for this song but the way the song sounds is different meaning they remade it in this game. Yuki looks like she's in her 30's btw and Makoto looks like that too in the DLC. If you played it. But yes her Appearance is because of Y0. On purpose. But was Yuki in the Original game? If she is maybe people who played the Original Yakuza 2 might recognise her in 0. Same for the other guy.
