    "Yes, Sam"

Fun fact(s) : The Zola AI says that Natasha was born in 1984 (I think). In the real world, the KGB was officially dissolved in 1991. Was she an agent when she was 7 years old ? And it gets worse, because in the comics the character was introduced in 1964, 20 years before she was supposedly born.
The explanation in the comics is that she was actually born sometime around 1928, which makes her only about 10 years younger than Steve. The reason it doesn't show is that she received a Russian version of the Super Soldier serum, which extended her longevity and is also why she can fight someone like the Winter Soldier and survive. It might also explain why she wasn't afraid of revealing SHIELD's secrets, because SHIELD didn't have all of her secrets in the first place.

That scene in the elevator that then leads to Cap jumping like, 50 storeys to the ground, and then taking down a QuinJet single handed is by far the best sequence Cap ever had.
Really shows how slick the guy is.

The kickboxer supervillain is Batroc the Leaper, a callback to '60s-'70s Cap . Batroc is a Belgian merc who is a master of savate' , a French martial arts form using ballet and kicks. In the comics he also has gadget footgear like razor-sharp ballet shoes for assassination, springing boots for leaping further, etc. He could kick Cap's shield out of the way if thrown at him. While he was written with terrible French dialog that would make French speakers cringe, he was a seriously dangerous guy.

The blonde neighbor of Captain America who Natasha tried to get Steve to ask out is Sharon Carter AKA Agent 13, who is Peggy Carter's great niece. At the end they showed that she is a CIA agent after the breakup of SHIELD. Also a little kernel of easter egg information at the end of the movie if you look at the inscription on Nick Fury's tombstone there is a reference to one of his early movies that helped make Samuel L Jackson famous.

4:29 That strong fighter is a really strong fighter in real life. It is GSP (George St-Pierre), a famous MMA fighter back in those days. It was nice that they let him stand up to Captain America so well without being a super being.
"He [GSP] is widely regarded as the greatest fighter in mixed martial arts history. St-Pierre was a two-division champion in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, having won titles in the welterweight and middleweight divisions." -- Wikipedia

Is it the glitch with his name that he's worried about ? Partly, and partly by what Steve said "This isn't freedom, it's fear". In "The Avengers" we saw the team work for SHIELD, which works for some kind of council. We didn't know who the council was working for, and we still don't. Steve is suspicious because he's seen first hand what can happen when official power is abused, and Fury is worried that he might be right.

The strong guy at the start with all the kicks is Batroc the Leaper, one of Captain America's enemies from the comics. They don't go into it in the movie, but he's enhanced above normal human abilities, most likely from some black-market experimental procedure to create more super-soldiers like Steve (different countries trying to create super-soldiers has probably been an ongoing thing since the end of World War 2, the Hulk and Winter Soldier being a couple of examples of those projects).

This movie ranks in my top 2 for the MCU. It makes a great spy thriller.
    SOME NAME DROPPING:
-- The bad guy who gave Cap a bit of trouble in the beginning is a comic book villain known as "Batroc the Leaper".
-- When stalling for time, Dr. Zola (the computer brain) gave Cap an information dump on what Hydra had been doing over time, including killing Howard Stark and - so he thought - Nick Fury & (soon to be) Steve Rogers.
-- Not sure if you caught when Agent Sitwell (Hydra) mentioned the SHIELD Helicarriers would use Zola's algorithm to take down key targets like Bruce Banner & Dr. Stephen Strange.

Only discovered your channel recently, and have just caught up with your MCU journey. Great so far!
The jumping fighting guy, you've already been informed is "Batroc the Leaper". His name is based on the word "batrachian" which is the scientific (Latin?) word for "frog". Get it? Frog = leaper.
Nick Fury and SHIELD have been shady from the very beginning. They do something illegal, unethical, unconstitutional in nearly every movie they show up in. The first time we see Fury, he has illegally broken into Tony's house and tampered with his security system. That's called "breaking and entering", and it's a crime. And for what? To talk to him about the Avenger Initiative? Why didn't he just make an appointment with Pepper, or knock on the door, like a civilized, law-abiding citizen? SHIELD apparently doesn't believe in constitutional rights, like the 4th amendment or search warrants or due process.
