Thank you for the great video! Trying to figure skill-based routing out was overwhelming to me before I saw your video. Even your voice gives a message like "No need to worry, you'll get it in the end" :) Now I'm feeling less stressed and understood how it works. Thank you again!
Hi Srikanth, first of all great video posted by you, you articulate each and every point so there will be less confusion in understanding the concepts. I have only two small queries on skill-based routing based on your video. 1) In the video at 24:10 min when you are assigning the case to a queue so the agent can get the case via Omni channel, will that can achieve the assignment rule rather than a manual assignment from the agent to the queue and then again Omni channel route the case to the desired agent based on skills? 2) What if Agents are offline and the case default goes to the queue and when the agent comes online again will the case auto-assign by Omni channel to them? Can confirm the above query, and thanks for posting a detailed video on skill-based routing in salesforce.
I'm not seeing the Use with Attribute Setup for Sills-Based Routing Checkbox. I have enabled skills based routing from step one. Am I missing something? Thanks
What a terrific job. I confess I got hung up on the Service Resource step because the darn Tab was Hidden. Also had to add related lists to the page layout. Makes me wonder how come that is configured that way - is it because that step is relevant only if Skill based routing is used and thus SFDC leaves it invisible? I don't think so. But still a wonderful presentation - thank you very much.

I also do not see the Service Resource App?
From Salesforce: We renamed Attribute Setup for Skills-Based Routing to Skills-Based Routing Rules.
Does this video still apply?
