The ks wheel which is the wheel in this video is universal so you can use it on any wheelbase you want like simucube and fanatec by plugging the wheel from the back into your pc

Has anyone else noticed the influx of the amount of older gear drive and belt drive wheel and pedal combos available used online markets ? I think it’s a direct result on the better entry level direct drive wheel and pedal combos . JMHO
True story I've wanted a wheel all my life, 4 kids for me not 6 so I can relate, years go by my oldest is now 18, I started bringing him to work with me as I refinish swimming pools and am bringing him into the business, in casual convo we get on the subject of sim racing and I tell him how I always wanted one but it wasn't in the cards, 2 weeks later I get a delivery to the house with a brand new wheel shifter and pedals, my boy saved up and got it for me, I was so proud of my boy to show him my gratitude I immediately went and got a nice used Sim chasis for 250$, moral of the story, raise your kids right and they'll do right by you. I commend you for being responsible and doing right by your family. It's a route most men don't take. God bless
How did they do that? They had to with the amount of competition these days. It’s awesome, you couldn’t even get a DD *wheelbase* for less than 500 dollars a few years ago. The competition is fierce and it’s great for the consumer.

Yeah my next wheel when my CSL DD dies will be a moza DD of some form, if I don't like it you can always sell it easily as well. Sim gear holds its vaule

That looks so responsive in games. I cant afford a decent one so i got the g920 but it has a little lag on the input. You turn the wheel and in game its a little behind when you turn. Not like this video its exactly the same time you do your inputs! Holy moly
Umm yeah? When you buy a steering wheel for a car from a store do you expect to get a whole car with it? It's a changeable accessory for a quality DD wheel base.

I have bought Logitech steering wheels in the past and they have come all in one. I saw this as an affordable step up and thought judging by the advert, it was an all-in-one. I did not realise until after checking the product out that it is a budget Fanatec.
@@graememcallister6002 really just sounds like you're new to sim racing, or only have ever dabbled in the entry level wheels. pretty much all mid-high end wheelbases have wheels that are sold separately, and the KS wheel is one of them.
I spent $400 on the TM SF1000. I also bought the nicer triggerrs. For $75 i think. That looks as good or better. Although I do have a 4 inch LCD display. But, Ferrari lol

There is no carbon weave. Its a decal, but the plastic is carbon reincorced, the same way steel is
definitely not real carbon for $279 dollar lol unless the technology inside costs $9 also that wheel would weigh little to nothing.

its a wheel more for gt racing since its pretty big. Also the quick release system is just a regular nrg quick release you can find on most cars
I never look at my wheel when driving ,thats what HUDs are for so this is the sort of no nonsense quality I'm into .Can it be adapted to go on a Gpro?

Honnestly, it's seem to be a good driving wheel, and for the screen, a little support for a Phone with dash panel or other app like this is fine
