    Experience of happiness are in brain:
    HAPPINESS HARMONES
    1.Endorphins-activity,walk,workout
    2.Dopamine-accomplishment(anything new)
    Make todo list and tick done work.
    3.serotonin-service above self.
    4.oxytocin-emotional hug.
    Beautifully explained -oneself is responsible for self happiness
    Sir you are epitome of knowledge bowing down to your lotus feet.
