01.04.2010 se pahle bank me join pension optee ke liye minimum kitne sal service karne par VRS lene ka pravdhan hai aur uska calculation kaise hota hai. Yadi bank par UPS lagu huwa to old pension employees ko kya loss ya profit hoga.

Govt has introduced it for central government employees. Later it will be applicable for banks ( ofcourse banker's association will demand it )

In case of resignation, pension is not payable (Voluntary retirement after 20 years of service ensures pension).
