Are we Anel to Run IPsec using just 1 phase or do we need always yo use both phase 1 and phase 2?

I would say just PPT reading. Not able to explain the real concepts . Like if you don't know what is VPN then you won't understand anything. Luckily i already know so i am able to grab but for new person it won't be good. I would say please prepare from basic why it is required, how packet flow, some wireshark captures etc
