MultiDimensional Chromatography Setup

In this video we learn how setup for the multidimensional chromatography method we made a little while back using a desalting column and some anion exchange columns on an AKTA Avant. This method allows us to test many different conditions using multiple buffers at the same time! For example the sample can be in high salt with low pH conditions and the method will still work.
