One Year of HWPO Training: Reminiscing with Mat, Sammy and O'Keefe

- In April 2023, HWPO opened their first HQ building - a culmination of years of HARD WORK. And, the HWPO Training app has officially been out in the world, serving HARD WORKERS for just over a year now.
During the grand opening, Mat Fraser, Sammy Moniz and Matt O'Keefe caught up on some fun memories leading up to this point - including Mat's first basement gym, HWPO athlete's first look at the new space, partners who helped make this milestone possible, and so much more. HWPO is CrossFit and fitness. Mat is an amazing athlete, and I've had the pleasure of meeting him at filthy 150. He was a pure gentleman. I wish him, the team and Sammy the very best! Wonder how Mal impact their vision - lets be honest, Mat has put a lot into her and to see her go must have been devastating - He was smart to have other ppl to help and support him.
Have they even talked about it publicly yet??
Agree it must have hit him hard but he’s so humble & gracious I’m sure he is more focused on her well-being as a person than the lost opportunity
@Trishabrigid humble and gracious? You'd think Mat and HWPO would show a tad bit of grace towards the fans and community by giving a simple update on the why the best female crossfitter quit right before it was fuckin go time. Nah, let's just let everyone speculate and move on...very professional.
