Can i lock someone inside, when there's a one side key and one side knob lock,, can the person inside open the door using knob from Inside, if i lock the door by key from outside?

The knob inside will enable anyone to open from inside even if it is locked with key from outside. To avoid that, you may use a lock with both side keys
